| dc.description.abstract | منذ نهاية ستينيات القرن العشرين غدت المشكلات البيئيّة أهمّ تحدّي لبقاء الإنسان ورفاهيته, ما جعل الإعلانات والمعاهدات الدوليّة اليوم تربط بين قضيتي البيئة وحقوق الإنسان طالما أنّ ضمان حقّ الإنسان في بيئة سليمة ومتوازنة يعني الحفاظ على حقّه في الحياة كحقّ من حقوقه الأساسيّة. تأتي هذه الدّراسة كي تناقش العلاقة بين البيئة وحقوق الإنسان في إطار الجهود والإسهامات الدوليّة الرامية إلى إدماج الأبعاد البيئيّة ومشكلاتها ضمن حقوق الإنسان ومدى كفايتها وفاعليتها في هذا الصّدد. Abstract: Since the late 1960, have become environmental problems, the most important challenge for human survival and wellbeing, making international declarations and treaties today linking the issues of the environment and human rights as long as the guarantee of the human right to a healthy and balanced environment means preserving the right of this human life as a fundamental rights. This study is to discuss the relationship between the environment and human rights in the framework of the efforts and contributions to international efforts to integrate environmental dimensions and problems within the human rights and their adequacy and effectiveness in this regard. | en_US |
