| dc.description.abstract | ملخص: أصبحت شبكة الإنترنت مكانا خصبا لمحبي الفساد والإباحية تحت غطاء الحريات الشخصية أو بالأحرى الحرية الجنسية، وهذا الأمر شكل خطرا كبيرا على فئة القاصرين لما لديهم من ضعف نفسي وعقلي لا يمكنهم من إدراك حقائق الأشياء والأمور وعواقبها، مما جعلهم ضحية إفساد الأخلاق والتحريض على الفجور عبر شبكة الإنترنت، من أجل ذلك سعت الكثير من الدول للحد من هذا الخطر عبر قوانينها الداخلية – خصوصا الجنائية – . وإن للشريعة الإسلامية بنظامها المتكامل القدرة على استيعاب ومواجهة كل ما يستجد من أمور تهدد المصالح الأساسية للمجتمع، فجاء هذا البحث لبيان تدابير حماية القاصرين من التحريض على الفجور وإفساد الأخلاق عبر شبكة الإنترنت في الشريعة الإسلامية والقانون الجزائري. Abstract The Internet has become a good place for corruption and pornography under the pretext of personal freedoms or sexual freedom. This has posed a great danger to minors for their psychological and mental weakness, which does not enable them to understand the facts and their consequences, thus making them victims of corruption and incitement to debauchery through the Internet. so that many countries sought to determine this danger through their internal laws - especially criminal - Islamic law has a comprehensive integrated system that makes it capable of absorbing and confronting all new things that threaten the basic interests of society, and this research came to show the protection of minors from incitement to debauchery and corrupting the morals over the Internet in the Islamic law and the Algerian measures. | en_US |
