| dc.description.abstract | يعد المعلم عنصرا فاعلا في عملية التربية، فهو المحرك الذي بفضله تسير قاطرة التعليم نحو تحقيق الأهداف المرجوة، وحتى يكون لتلك الفاعلية أثرها على المعلم أن يكون فعالا قادرا على أداء دوره بكل احترافية، وذلك لن يتحقق دون تكوين جيد له وتدريب متججد مصاحب لعمله بشكل مستمر للوقوف على جوانب النقص ومعالجتها، وتطوير موطن القوة وتحسينها، خاصة في هذا العصر عصر الرقمنة و مجتمع المعرفة، فالمعلم ليس مخيرا بل مجبر على تحسين أدائه، حتى يمكن أن يكون مؤثرا في عملية التعليم، ويكون قادرا على المساهمة في إنتاج جيل يسهم في المضي بالمجتمع نحو التقدم والرقي. Abstract : The teacher is an active element in the education process, because it is the engine through which the education engine is moving towards achieving the desired goals, and so that this effectiveness has an impact on the teacher to be an effective capable of performing his role with all professionalism, and this will not be achieved without a good training and a glorious training accompanying his work continuously.
