| dc.description.abstract | شكل غزو فرنسا للجزائر، سنة 1830م، إيذانا بتغيير طبيعة العلاقات المغربية الأوربية. وتكرس الوضع عقب انهزام الجيش المغربي في حرب إسلي، سنة 1844م، الذي أظهر عجز المخزن وضعفه؛ فكثفت الدول الأوربية ضغوطها عليه ليتسنى لها فرض نفوذها، خصوصا في المجال الاقتصادي، بل سعت سعيا حثيثا لربطه بعجلة الرأسمالية. وفي هذه الظروف، حاولت اسبانيا الاستفادة من الوضع، لإيجاد موطئ قدم لها في الساحل الشمالي للمغرب، متعللة بالحقوق التاريخية. خاصة أمام الانتكاسة الذي تعرض له الاستعمار الاسباني في أمريكا اللاتينية. لذا حاولت الدوائر العليا في مدريد بلورة اديولوجياتها الاستعمارية لمنافسة باقي القوى الامبريالية. The Frensh invasion onto Algeria in 1830 was as a declaration of the change in the nature of Euro-Moroccan relationships. Hence, the fact that confirmed this change, was the Moroccan military defeat in Isli confrontations in 1844. The European countries intensified its pressure over Morocco so as to impose their authority, mainly in the economic domain. They even Tried to attach it to the capitalist system. In the mid of these circumstances, Spain tried to benefit from this situation in order to assure its foothold in the northern coast of Morrocco, pretending that, by its historical rights, especially after its retrogression in Latin America. For this reason, the higher authorities in Madrid tried to boost its imperialist ideology to compte with the rest of the imperialist powers. | en_US |
