| dc.description.abstract | إن مهنة المراجعة في الجزائر شهدت مجموعة من التغيرات خاصة في العشرية الأخيرة، حيث انعكست هذه التغيرات على أرض الواقع وشملت مستويات عديدة سواء على مستوى الوسائل المستخدمة لضمان فعالية هذه المؤسسات الإقتصادية، حيث فرض المشرع الجزائري على هذه الأخيرة تعيين وتفويض محافظ حسابات كعامل أساسي لإثبات نزاهة وشرعية وصدق حساباتها وفق معايير الأداء المهني لمحافظ الحسابات في الجزائر، كل هذا أوضحه المشرعة الجزائري من خلال إصداره لمجموعة من القوانين تضبط وتنظم المهنة The auditing profession in Algeria has seen a series of changes, especially in the last decade, as reflected these changes on the ground and included many levels, both at the level of legislation, or at the level of the means used to ensure the effectiveness of these economic institutions, with the imposition of the Algerian legislature on this recent appointment and authorization of the governor of accounts as a key factor to prove the integrity and legitimacy and sincerity of their accounts in accordance with the standards of professional performance for the governor of the accounts in Algeria, all of this explained the Algerian legislature through the issuance of a set of laws regulate and regulate the profession. | en_US |
