Abstract
Notre travail analysera dans un premier lieu le contexte et le cadre théorique du contrôle de gestion, tout en mettant l’action sur ses outils. Cette réflexion prendra en compte la transformation digitale impactant les modes de fonctionnement de ce métier et son évolution dans une logique d'innovation continue au sein d'une entreprise. Ceci nous mènera vers le traitement de la question principale de notre sujet, et que nous allons prendre la société nationale des transports ferroviaires comme étude de cas. Abstract:
Our work will first analyze the context and the theoretical framework of management control, while putting the action on its tools. This reflection will take into account the digital transformation impacting the modes of operation of this profession and its evolution in a logic of continuous innovation within a company. This will lead us to the treatment of the main question of our subject, and that we will take the national rail transport company as a case study.
