Abstract
تحاول هذه الورقة البحثية تسليط الضوء على أهمية استخدام نموذج الأرقام القياسية في تحليل وحساب أثر سياسات التوسع الأفقي ( المعبر عنها بالتغير في المساحة المزروعة)و سياسات التوسع الرأسي( المعبر عنها بالتغيرات في الغلة الزراعية)والسياسات السعرية( المعبر عنها بالتغيرات في الأسعار) على الإنتاج الزراعي )النباتي( في الجزائر ( صنف الحبوب ، الفواكه، الخضر، البقوليات)ويجب التنويه هنا إلى أن التغير في العوامل المذكورة أعلاه تؤثر على قيمة الإنتاج الزراعي. لذلك يهدف هذا البحث إلى التحليل الكمي لأثر هذه السياسات على قيمة الإنتاج الزراعي خلال الفترة الزمنية 2008-2017، وذلك بالاعتماد على بيانات المنظمة العربية للتنمية الزراعية، والمنظمة العالمية للأغذية والزراعة (FAO). Summary:This Research paper is trying to Receiving light the importance of using the index number model in analyzing and calculating the impact of the policies horizontal expansion policies (expressed by change in cultivated area),and vertical expansion policies (expressed by change in agricultural yields) and price policies (Expressed by changes in prices) on agricultural production(vegetarian) in Algeria (Cereals, fruits, vegetables, legumes). It should be noted here that the change in the factors mentioned above affects the value of agricultural roduction. This research aims at quantitative analysis of the impact these policies on the value of agricultural production during the period 2008-2017. depending on the Arab Organization for Agricultural Development and World Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO)data.
