Abstract
تمثل الصحة عنصرا هاما في التنمية الاقتصادية حيث تعتبر مفتاحا لزيادة الإنتاج ورفع الإنتاجية ومن ثم زيادة الناتج الداخلي الخام وذلك من خلال تحسين وتطوير الوضع الصحي للإنسان الذي يعتبر هدف التنمية ووسيلتها في الوقت ذاته. لقد شهد المجتمع الجزائري تحسنا في الوضع الصحي للسكان، لكن رغم التحسن النسبي للمؤشرات الصحية الكمية، والانجازات المحققة في مجال الصحة إلا أنه مازال يعاني من نقائص كبيرة أثرت سلبا على مردوده مما جعله يعيق مسار العملية التنموية. هذه النقائص تتمثل خاصة في ضعف الموارد المالية المخصصة له وسوء استعمالها وسوء التوزيع الجهوي للمؤسسات الاستشفائية وسوء الخدمات الصحية المقدمة Health can be considered as an important component in the economic development for the key role it plays
in increasing production, raising productivity, and thus increasing the gross domestic product by
improving and developing the health status of the human being. This, of course, represents both the goal of
development and the means for its implementation.
The Algerian community has witnessed an improvement in the health status of the population.
However, despite the relative improvement in the quantitative health indicators, and the achievements
accomplished in the field of health, it still suffers from significant deficiencies that negatively affected its
outcome, which slows down the development process. These deficiencies specifically include the lack and
misuse of the financial resources allocated for development, the disproportionate regional distribution of
medical institutions in the country, as well as the poor medical services provided.
