Abstract
ملخص الدراسة
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة العلاقات الدراسية للتلميذ وانعكاسها على تحصيله الد ارسي
لتحقيق ذلك تم صياغة الفرضية الرئيسية كالتالي:
- تؤثر العلاقة المدرسية للتلميذ على تحصيله الدراسي
- واندرجت تحتها ثلاث فرضيات جزئية تمثلت في:
- تؤثر علاقة التلميذ مع الأستاذ على تحصيله الدراسي
- تؤثر علاقة التلميذ مع الإدارة على تحصيله الدراسي
- تؤثر علاقة التلميذ مع جماعة الرفاق على التحصيل الدراسي
- وتم الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للموضوع المدروس والإعتماد أيضا على
الإستبيان، وتم إجراء الدراسة الميدانية على ( )011تلميذ في الطور الثانوي في ولاية
الوادي
وقد لخصت في الاخير هذه الدراسة إلى أن التلاميذ تربطهم مع الاساتذة علاقة إحترام
متبادل مما سهم بدوره في زيادة رغبتهم في التعلم، بالاضافة الى أن المعاملة من طرف
الأساتذة بمبدأ المساواة بين التلاميذ يحفزهم على بذل جهد أكبر لتحسين مستوى
تحصيلهم الدراسي، كما توصلنا أيضا إلى أن العمل الجماعي مع الزملاء في القسم
يساعد التلاميذ على الفهم أكثروأن التفاعل الإيجابي الذي يحدث بين التلاميذ و الأساتذة
يتيح للتلاميذ الفرصة في زيادة خبراتهم التعليمية ، إضافة إلى أن الإدارة المدرسية تراعي
ظروفهم (المرضية ، الإجتماعية ، الإقتصادية )، كما أنهم يبادرون بالمشاركة مع
الأساتذة تلقائيا داخل حجرة الدراسة و يحرصون على أن تكون علاقتهم جيدة مع زملائهم
و إدارتهم المدرسية .ج
ABSTRACT
The present study aims to inquire about the pupil- school relations and their
reflection on his/her study acquirement .And to realize that, we have formulated
the following principal supposition .
"The pupil school relationship affects his / her study acquirement ".
It includes three partial suppositions represented as follows:
The pupil -teacher relationship affects the pupil 's study acquirement .-
- The pupil- administration relationship affects the pupil's study acquirement .
- The pupil and his/her company relationship affects his/her study acquirement.
. "Our work is based on the descriptive- analytic approach of the subject matter
and as well on a survey that carried out a study of 100 secondary school pupils
in the wilaya of Eloued.As expected ,this study showed that the pupil- school
relations reflect on his/her study acquirement .
The study concluded that pupils have a mutual respect relationship with their
teachers that has increased their motivation for studying
Moreover, teachers' equal treatment to pupils incite them to work hard to
improve their study acquirement Also ,the collective work with classmates in
class helps pupils understand better and their positive interaction with their
teachers makes them improve their learning experience The school
administration on its part takes into account pupils' conditions( social/medical
Economic)In addition pupils share work with their teachers in class and seek to
have good relationship with their classmates and their school administration as
well.
