Abstract
تُعَدُّ ظاهرة التسرب المدرسي من المشكلات المدرسية التي تعاني منها جميع بلدان العالم، حيث لا يخلو واقعا تربويا من هذه الظاهرة، فهي تتفاوت في درجة حِدَّتها من مجتمع إلى آخر، ومن مرحلة دراسية إلى أخرى، فهي مشكلة من المشكلات التي تُعَدُّ هدرا للطاقات البشرية والمادية.
فغياب التلاميذ بعذر مقبول أو غير مقبول يُؤَدّي إلى تأخيرهم الدراسي ورسوبهم وانحرافهم، ولها انعكاسات خطيرة وعديدة وعلى كافة النواحي "تربويا، اجتماعيا، نفسيا، اقتصاديا، سياسيا..."
ولهذا فهذه الظاهرة تحتاج إلى يقظة وإنتباه ومتابعة من كل الأطراف الفاعلة والمحيطة بالمدرسة والتلميذ، من إدارة المدرسة والمعلم والأسرة والإعلام بكل وسائله وأشكاله، وحتى الوزارة الوصية والدولة.
كما يُعتبر التسرب إهدارا تربويا هائلا، وضياعاً لثروات المجتمع المادية والمعنویة، وتَخلُّفاً ثقافيا لدى شریحة من المجتمع، قد تَقِلُّ أو تَتسِعُ وفقا لطبیعة ومُكَونات المُجتمع الثقافیة. ولهذا فإنَّنَا سُنُحَاوِلُ في هذه الورقة البحثية التكلُّمَ عن هذه الظاهرة "التسرب المدرسي"، وعن انعكاساتها المُتَعَدّدة على كافة المجالات، وعن أدوار الأطراف الفاعلين في علاجها.
- Abstract:
The school dropout phenomenon is considered one of the school problems that all countries of the world suffer from, as it is not without an educational reality of this phenomenon, it varies in the degree of its severity from one society to another, from one study stage to another, it is a problem that is a waste of human and material.
The absence of students with an acceptable or unacceptable excuse leads to their academic delay, failure, and deviation, and they have many serious repercussions and in all respects "educationally, socially, psychologically, economically, politically ..."
That is why this phenomenon requires vigilance, attention, and follow-up from all the actors and surrounding the school and the student, from the administration of the school, the teacher, the family, and the media in all its means and forms, and even to the tutoring ministry and the state.
The dropout is also considered an enormous educational waste, a loss of material and moral society’s wealth, and a cultural backwardness in a segment of society, which may be reduced or expanded according to the nature and components of the cultural community. For this reason, we will try in this research paper to talk about this phenomenon, "school dropout", and its multiple implications in all fields, and the roles of the actors involved in treating it.
