Abstract: ملخّص : وما يمكن استخلاصه مما سبق أن الإمام أبا عمران بعد عودته من المشرق استقر بمدينة فاس مسقط رأسه، لينشر ما تعلمه في رحلته الطويلة، واخذ على نفسه الأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر وإصلاح المجتمع، وهذا ما سبب له المتاعب وأثار عليه السلاطين وبعض الشيوخ، فقرر الهجرة والاستقرار بالقيروان التي زارها من قبل واختبر أهلها، حيث اتخذ من بيته مدرسة يعلم الناس العلم . فاقبل عليه الطلبة من كل الأقطار، خاصة من سبته وفاس والأندلس وتتلمذ على يديه جمعا من الطلبة الذين انتشروا في المدن والأمصار، حاملين علمه وأفكاره، فقد اشتهر أبو عمران بالفقه والحديث وأصول الدين والقراءات، ورغم انكبابه على التعليم والتدريس والإفتاء، إلا انه ألف مجموعة من الكتب منها ما وصلنا ومنها مازال مخطوطا أو مجهولا، ومن أشهر كتبه التعليق على المدونة، وكتاب النظائر وغيره. كما أسهم أبو عمران الفاسي في إرساء دعائم العقيدة الأشعرية بالمغرب الإسلامي، التي أخذها عن أستاذه أبو بكر الباقلاني، والتي ستعرف من بعده انتشارا واسعا، ولم بثنيه التدريس، عن دوره الإصلاحي في محاربة الأفكار الضالة والعقائد الفاسدة التي عرفها مجتمعه خاصة التشيع، وهذا ما جعله بعيدا عن أبواب السلاطين حرا في أرائه واجتهاداته صاحب مشروع إصلاحي الذي تحقق على يد تلميذه ونشأة دولة مرابطين المالكية السنية. لقد تربع الإمام أبو عمران الفاسي على عرش الفتاوى في عصره، حتى طارت فتاويه في المشرق والمغرب، وصار سيد زمانه في الفتاوى ومرجعا لأهل المغرب والأندلس، فحضوا باهتمام العامة والخاصة خصوصا من طرف أصحاب النوازل والفتاوى والأسئلة، الذين ما كانوا ليعقدوا مصيرهم وخلاصهم أحد من الفقهاء إلا بعد أن اتضحت لهم مكانته وعلمه. Résumé: Ce qui peut être tiré de ce qui précède, c'est que l'Imam Abu Imran, après son retour d'Orient, s'est installé dans la ville de Fès, sa ville natale, pour diffuser ce qu'il avait appris au cours de son long voyage, et il a pris sur lui le commandement pour le bien et l'interdiction du mal et la réforme de la société, et c'est ce qui lui a causé des ennuis et provoqué les sultans et certains cheikhs, il a donc décidé d'émigrer. Et s'installer à Kairouan, où il a déjà visité et testé ses habitants, car il utilisait sa maison comme une école qui enseigne aux gens la connaissance. Des étudiants de tous les pays l'ont accepté, en particulier de Sabah, Fès et d'Andalousie, et un groupe d'étudiants qui se sont répandus dans les villes et les régions, transportant ses connaissances et ses idées, Abu Omran était connu pour sa jurisprudence, ses hadiths, ses principes fondamentaux de la religion et ses lectures, et malgré sa concentration sur l'éducation, l'enseignement et les fatwas, il est un groupe de Certains livres sont ce à quoi nous sommes arrivés, et certains sont encore écrits ou inconnus, et l'un de ses livres les plus célèbres est le commentaire du blog, The Book of Al-Nazaer et d'autres. Abu Imran al-Fassi a également contribué à jeter les bases de la foi ash'ari au Maghreb islamique, qu'il a pris sous l'autorité de son professeur Abu Bakr al-Baqlani, et qui sera largement connue après lui, et l'enseignement n'a pas été dissuadé par son rôle réformiste dans la lutte contre les idées errantes et les croyances corrompues que sa communauté connaissait, en particulier le chiisme, et c'est ce qui l'a fait. Loin des portes des sultans, il est libre de ses vues et de sa jurisprudence, propriétaire d'un projet de réforme qui a été réalisé par son élève et de l'émergence de l'Etat sunnite malabite de Marabout. L'imam Abu Imran al-Fassi a siégé sur le trône des fatwas à son époque, jusqu'à ce que ses fatwas volent à l'Est et à l'Ouest, et il est devenu le maître de son temps dans les fatwas et une référence pour le peuple du Maroc et de l'Andalousie, alors ils ont amené avec intérêt le public et le privé, en particulier des propriétaires de calamités, de fatwas et de questions, qui ne compliqueraient pas leur sort. Ce n'est qu'après que son statut et ses connaissances leur sont devenus clairs. Imam Abu Imran al-Fassi sat on the throne of fatwas in his era, until his fatwas flew in the East and the West, and he became the master of his time in fatwas and a reference for the people of Morocco and Andalusia, so they brought with interest the public and the private, especially from the owners of calamities, fatwas and questions, who would not complicate their fate and their salvation is one of the jurists Only after his status and knowledge became clear to them.
