Abstract
تناولت في هذا البحث التداخل الحاصل بين بعض مسائل الأمر عند الأصوليين التي قد تشوّش ذهن المطالع لها، ونظرا لسعة محالّ الموضوع المطروح ارتأيت أن أخصّ جهتين من جهات التداخل المطروح، إحداهما تتعلق بجهة الماهية، وثانيهما تتعلق بجهة الأثر، على أنّني ذكرت عقب كل صورة من صور هذا التداخل ما ينتج عنه من آثار معنوية أو لفظية تعود على المسائل الأصولية. In this paper, I dealt with the overlap between some order names with the fundamentalists, which may come to mind for those who read it, And given the large topic at hand I thought I would allocate two aspects of the interference to the order ,One of them relates to the essence, the second is related to the impact, however, I mentioned, after each of the forms of this interference, the moral or verbal effects that result back to fundamental issues
