Abstract: بدت الملامح الأولى للحياة الإجتماعية بأغلب مظاهرها وأطرها خلال المراحل البدائية السحيقة مصاحبة للتطور البيولوجي و النفسي و الإقتصادي للإنسان العاقل الأول (البدائي) في عصور ما قبل التاريخ والذي دام لملايين السنين خلال العصور الحجرية القديمة بفروعها (الأسفل و الأوسط و الأعلى و حتى اللاحق ) لكن ما زاد في تطوير قوانين الحياة الإجتماعية و تعقديها هو دخول الإنسان (العاقل العاقل) الثورة الإنتاجية الكبرى التي عرفها خلال العصر الحجري الحديث (النيوليتي) إذ رسمت معالم حياة جديدة للإنسان منذ عشرة الآف سنة قبل الميلاد حيث أصبحت تقريبا كما هي عليه الآن من تأسيس للأسرة و نشوء القرى و التخصص في العمل و زيادة الروابط بين الأفراد The first facies of social life emerged in itsmostevents and frames of the first characteristicsduring primitive times immemorial, associatedwith the development of biological and psychological and economicdiversity of the human sapiens (primitive) in prehistoric times, and lasted millions of years by the ages of Paleolithic (lower and middle and higher, even as épipaléolithique) but whichincreased the development of social legislationis the human input (sapiens sapiens) and major productivityrevolutionknown to man over the age (Neolithic) wherehepainted a new life for one in tenthousandyears BC whereitbecamealmostlikeitisnow to establishfamily and the emergence of villages and specialization of labor and increase connections betweenindividuals
