Abstract
استراتيجية الدفاع الوطني لها دور مهم في تحقيق الأمن الوطني من خلال وضع المبادئ و التوجيهات الضرورية لمواجهة التهديدات و التحديات المحيطة بالأمن الوطني، وذلك بالتنسيق مع كل المساهمين و الجهات الفاعلة في الأمن الوطني و هذا من خلال تحليل شامل لجميع تهديدات الأمن الوطني ثم التعامل معها، حيث من الضروري أن تراعي استراتيجية الدفاع الوطني خصوصية السياق الإسترتيجي للدولة و التغيرات المحتملة فيه من خلال وضع أهداف واقعية قابلة للتحقيق تسعى إلى تحقيق أهداف الأمن الوطني الشامل، و بهذا تؤدي هذه الإستراتيجية وظيفتها المتمثلة في ربط النظرية بالممارسة. تتناول هذه الدراسة استراتيجية الدفاع الوطني الجزائري في ضوء التهديدات الأمنية الجديدة التي تعد من أهم المواضيع في الدراسات الاستراتيجية والأمنية ، حيث أن الجزائر محاطة ببيئة أمنية معقدة أدت إلى بروز تهديدات أمنية جديدة أسفرت عن تداعيات خطيرة على الأمن الوطني الجزائري مما استلزم تبني استراتيجية دفاعية للحفاظ على الأمن الوطني. Abstract: The National Defense Strategy plays an important role in achieving national security by setting the principles and guidelines necessary to face the threats and challenges surrounding national security, in coordination with all stakeholders and actors in national security, through a comprehensive analysis of all national security threats,and then dealing with them. It is essential that the national defense strategy takes into account the specificity of the strategic context of the state and the possible changes in it by setting realistic and achievable goals that seek to achieve the objectives of comprehensive national security. This strategy performs its function of linking theory to practice. This study deals with the Algerian national defense strategy in the light of the new security threats which are among the most important topics in the strategic and security studies, in regarded that Algeria is surrounded by a complex security environment which led to the development of new security threats Has resulted in serious repercussions on the Algerian national security necessitating the adoption of a defensive strategy to maintain national security.
