Abstract
تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوعا يتعلق بقواعد تجريم نشر الصحفي للبيانات الخاصة للأفراد في التشريع الفرنسي مقارنة مع التشريع الأردني والإماراتي. ووقفنا على القواعد الموضوعية لتجريم نشر الصحفي للبيانات الخاصة من خلال دراسة اركان الجريمة. وكذلك عرضنا القواعد الإجرائية المتعلقة بتجريم نشر الصحفي للبيانات الخاصة. وقد لأحظنا من حلال الدراسة تفاوتاً بين القوانيين محل الدراسة فيما يتعلق بالقواعد الموضوعية والقواعد والإجرائية, الأمر الذي انعكس ايجاباً على النتائج والتوصيات. وخلصنا الى ان القانون الأردني والإماراتي لم يكن منسجماً كثيراَ مع نظيره الفرنسي في معالجته لقواعد تجريم نشر الصحفي للبيانات الخاصة للافراد. This study focus on criminal rules that concern with journalist publication of private personals information in French law comparing with Jordan and UAE law. we shade the light of the subjectivity criminal rules that concerned with journalist of publishing the private personals information through out our studying the elements of the crime .also we show the processor’s rules that concern with this kind of crime. Finally we notice through our studying the different between the subjectivity rules and processors rules that positively reflected on the results and recommendation . we concluded that the Jordanian and UAE law wasn’t cooperated with the French law in dealing with this kind of the criminals rules that concern in publishing private personals information.
