Abstract
ملخص:
يعد الوقف جزء مهما من مقومات الشخصية لانه يتعلق بأحد أوجه الخير والسعي وراء نشره مما أدى دورا هاما في الإسلام وبه ابتكرت العديد من آفاق الخير في مختلف مجالات الحياة فما احتاج العالم ولا طالب العلم ولا المريض ولا الفقير ولا اليتيم .
ولقد لعب دورا مهما ،اين كان فيه الممول الاول للخير من خلال المرافق والرعاية الصحية والاجتماعية ،وتشيد المنشآت وتحويل مؤسسات الفكر يمكن القول بداية الاوقاف في الجزائر من الفتح الاسلامي في شمال إفريقيا.
وإمتازت الجزائر في العهد العثماني بكثرة أوقافها وتنوعها وإمتدادها التاريخي ،ودورها الإجتماعي والإقتصادي كان الوقف في ذلك العهد حاضرا في حياة الإنسان من مهده ومن اهم الفترات التي انتشرت فيها ثقافة الوقف وتعددت مجالات العطاء فيها وأخذت أبعاد واسعة في تفعيل مختلف القطاعات هي فترة العهد العثماني الذي تميز بالإزدهار حيث أصبح الوقف إبان هذه الفترة مميزة وفريدة في تاريخ المجتمع الجزائري.
لذلك قمنا بإثراء هذا البحث الذي تكمن أهميته في عرض ظاهرة الوقف في الجزائر خلال الفترة العثمانية ومن خلال تسليط الضوء على بعض الظواهر الإيجابية والتي يمكن ان تكون مصدر إلهام من خلال إعادة إحيائها في مجتمعنا.
لوقف هو مصطلح إسلامي ويعني الحبس او المنع وفي الإصطلاح هو حبس العين عن تمليكها لاحد من العباد والتصدق بالمنفعة ويشتمل الوقف الاصول المنقولة التي تبقى عينها بعد الإستفادة منها كالآلات الصناعية ومن خلال ما تطرقنا له خلال بحثنا
Résumé :
Le Waqf est une partie importante de la personnalité des éléments, car il est lié à l’un des aspects du bien et à la poursuite de la propagation, qui a joué un rôle important dans l’islam et a créé de nombreux horizons de bien dans différents domaines de la vie. ni l'étudiant en science ni le patient ou l'orphelin pauvre.
Il a joué un rôle important, où il a été le premier bailleur de fonds du bien à travers les infrastructures et les soins de santé et sociaux, et la construction des installations et la transformation des institutions intellectuelles peuvent être dites du début des dotations en Algérie de la conquête islamique au nord. Afrique.
À l'époque ottomane, l'Algérie était caractérisée par ses nombreuses dotations, sa diversité et son extension historique, ainsi que par son rôle social et économique. La dotation à cette époque était présente dans la vie humaine depuis sa naissance. La dotation au cours de cette période est devenue unique et unique dans l'histoire de la société algérienne.
Nous avons donc enrichi cette recherche, importante dans la présentation du phénomène du waqf en Algérie à l’époque ottomane et en soulignant certains phénomènes positifs, qui peuvent s’inspirer du renouveau de notre société.
S'arrêter est un terme islamique qui signifie confinement ou prévention. En terminologie, il s'agit de fermer les yeux sur la propriété de l'un des fidèles. Le bénéfice de la charité inclut les biens meubles qui restent les mêmes après leur utilisation en tant que machines industrielles et via Matrqna pendant notre recherche.
Abstract:
Waqf is an important part of the personality of the elements because it relates to one of the aspects of good and the pursuit of spreading, which played an important role in Islam and has created many horizons of good in various areas of life, what the world needed nor the student of science or the patient or the poor orphan.
He played an important role, where he was the first financier of the good through the facilities and health care and social, and the construction of facilities and the transformation of intellectual institutions can be said the beginning of endowments in Algeria from the Islamic conquest in North Africa.
In the Ottoman period, Algeria was characterized by its many endowments, diversity and historical extension, and its social and economic role. The endowment in that era was present in human life from its birth. The endowment during this period became unique and unique in the history of Algerian society.
Therefore, we have enriched this research, which is important in the presentation of the phenomenon of waqf in Algeria during the Ottoman period and by highlighting some positive phenomena, which can be inspired by the revival in our society.
