Abstract
"هذه الدراسة تهدف إلى التعرف على القيادة الإدارية بأنماطها (نمط القيادة الاستبدادية , نمط القيادة الوسطية الإبداعية , نمط القيادة الحرة ) ودورها على سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية لدى موظفي المديرية العملية لاتصالات الجزائر بالوادي ، و اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي في هذه الدراسة ، وكذا الاستبيان كأداة لتجميع بيانات الدراسة , وقد بلغ مجتمع الدراسة (120) بالمديرية العملية لاتصالات الجزائر بالوادي ما بين موظفين وتقنيين ، أما عينة الدراسة فقد بلغت (42) موظف وتقني , و خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها : أن دور القيادة الإدارية على سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية له أثر ضعيف جدا ، ويقوي ويعزز ذلك نسبة معامل التحديد التي بلغت (0.062) وهي نسبة ضعيفة نسبيا , أما ما أوصت به الدراسة فهو ضرورة تنشيط دور القيادة بالأخص النمط الوسطي الإبداعي لمساهمته في تعزيز سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية .
"This study aims to identify the administrative leadership in its patterns (autocratic leadership style, creative middle leadership style, free driving style) and its role on the behavior of organizational citizenship in the staff of the practical administration of Algeria Telecom in the valley. We adopted the descriptive approach in this study as well as the questionnaire as a data collection tool The study population reached (120) in the practical administration of the Algerian communications in the valley between the employees and the technicians. The sample of the study reached 42 employees and technicians. The study concluded with several results, the most important of which are: (0.062), which is relatively weak. The study recommended that the role of leadership, especially the creative middle style, be strengthened to contribute to the promotion of organizational citizenship behavior.
