Abstract
الملخص:
دور الإنترنت في تشكيل الثقافة السياسية لدى الشباب الجامعي بالوادي "دراسة ميدانية على طلبة كلية العلوم السياسية.
أصبح العالم قرية صغيرة في ظل عصر ثورة المعلومات والانفجار المعلوماتي الهائل, وخاصة التطور التكنولوجي ودور الإنترنت على مستوى العالم بشكل عام و سببا مباشر ما يسمى بالحراك السياسي, لذا هدفت هذه الدراسة بشكل رئيسي إلى التعرف على الدور الذي تقوم به الإنترنت في تشكيل الثقافة لدى الشباب الجامعي في كلية العلوم السياسية بجامعة الوادي.
وطبقت الدراسة على عينة من لطلبة في الجامعة وهي:(كلية, العلوم السياسية بالوادي) ممن مسجلون بالفعل في الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الجامعي(2015-2016) .
وقد اتخذ المنهج الوصفي, لعينة مكونة من (100) طالبا وطالبة من كلية العلوم السياسية في الوادي, وهم من أكثر فئات المجتمع استخداما لإنترنت, وفهما لموضوع الدراسة الثقافية السياسية, لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة والإجابة عن تساؤلاتها.
وهو ما أظهرته الدراسة أن الفيس بوك أكثر وسائل استخداما لدى المبحوثين من طلبة كلية العلوم السياسية بالوادي, يليه في المرتبة الثانية اليوتيوب, وفي المرتبة الثالثة مواقع الصحف والقنوات ، وبنسب متفاوتة تويتر والمواقع الإخبارية ، في تحديد تلك الثقافة القائمة على وسيلة الإنترنت الإتصالية، وهو ماكشفته نتائج الدراسة أن الطلبة يثقون في الإنترنت للحصول على المعلومات, بالدور الذي تقوم به في تشكيل الثقافة السياسية لدى المبحوثين وبنسبة تصل إلى (70%) ، وهي نسبة مرتفعة جدا توضح حجم الإستخدام لدى الفئة المبحوثة ، وأوضحت الدراسة أن الإنترنت دورا إيجابيا في تشكيل الثقافة السياسية وهذا لاستخدامها لدى المبحوثين من طلاب جامعة الشهيد حمة لخضر بالوادي, بنسبة مقدارها(%90 ) ، وهو مايؤكد أن الإنترنت فكرة اتصالية تحكم العالم الإفتراضي والواقعي وذلك نظرا لخصائصها المتعددة التي تجذب إليها الصغير والكبير وخاصة فئة الشباب ، والخدمات التي تقدمها ،كما انها أداة توفر فرص جديدة لنقل المعارف والخبرات التي تعطي دورا كبيرا في تشكيل ثقافات معينة عند الشباب الجامعي .

Le rôle de l'Internet dans la formation Politcal Culture d'El Oued .
"Une étude de terrain sur les étudiants de l'Université à la Faculté des sciences politiques"
Le monde devient un village global, en raison de la révolution de l'information, et en particulier avec l'avènement de l'Internet et son rôle interactif au niveau mondial ainsi, les événements de la révolution dans la région arabe spécialement l'Algérie.
Cette étude vise à identifing le rôle interactif dans la formation de la culture politique de la jeunesse en Algérie Université.
L'étude a été appliquée sur un échantillon d'étudiants dans les universités (El Oued, la culture politique, ils sont effectivement signés au cours du deuxième semestre de 2015-2016, et le nombre total, le chercheur a utilisé le chercheur utiliser la méthode d'enquête sur un échantillon de 100- étudiants des universités algériennes à El Oued, Ils sont les groupes les plus utilisent Internet interactive dans la société Algérie pour atteindre les objectifs de l'étude et de répondre à ses questions.
L'étude a révélé que le reveales Facebook a été le plus utilisé par l'étude montre que les étudiants, E mail YouTub taux variables, Twitter et Blogos.

The role of Internet in Forming Politcal Culture of El oued Youth
"A Field study on University’s Students in Faculty of political Science"
The world becomes a global village, because of the information revolution, and specifically with the advent of internet and its interactive role on the global level so, the revolution events in the Arab area specially Algeria.
This study aims at identifing the role of interactive in forming the political culture of Algeria youth in University.
The study was applied on a sample of students in the universities (El oued, the political culture, they are actually signed in the second semester of 2015-2016, and the total number the researcher used the researcher use the survey method on a sample of 100- students from the Algeria universities in El oued, They are the most groups use interactive internet in Algeria society to achieve the study goals and answer its questions.
The network is the net of twenty-first century, and the engine of new civilization which is based on the communication between the virtual world and the realistic world. Due to the multiple features that attract the people needs, especially young people. In addition, it provides new opportunities for communication, information and entertainment between the people. As well as, the content of the internet leads to the destroying the culture of the societies through the emergence of new habits, internal values and traditions, due to the negative use of it.
