Abstract
عنوان الأطروحة: الدولة الزیانیة ودورها في خدمة المذهب المالكي.
ملخص الأطروحة باللغة العربیة: یتضمن هذا البحث د ا رسة الدولة الزیانیة في الفترة الممتدة
1554 م من حیث المظهر السیاسي الذي تضمن أهم م ا رحل - 962 ه/ 1235 - من سنة 633
الدولة من نشأة وتوسع ومن ثم الضعف وبعدها السقوط، وكذلك الأسس الاقتصادیة المبنیة
على ثلاث مركبات اقتصادیة "الفلاحة، الصناعة، التجارة"، زیادة على ذلك الجانب الاجتماعي
وما یحتویه من عدد سكان وفئات اجتماعیة وأجناس عرقیة التي كان لها الفضل الكبیر في
تنوع الثقافات داخل هذه الدولة.
أما مرتكز د ا رستنا فهي تدور حول دور الدولة الزیانیة في خدمة المذهب المالكي، وتبلور
هذا الدور في إستقطاب العلماء المالكیة والإعتناء بهم، بالإضافة إلى حضور السلاطین
الزیانیین للمجالس العلمیة، وبناء لهم المؤسسات التعلیمیة وتعیینهم على أ رسها لأداء مهنة تعلیم
المذهب المالكي، وأیضا توفیر الجو المناسب لطلبة العلم من مأوى ومأكل وتوفیر لهم مرتبات
وذلك كله من أجل التفرغ لتعلم المذهب المالكي دون أن یشغلهم أي شيء دونه، وهذا ما
أنعكس علیه بروز مجموعة من العلماء والعائلات العلمیة حاملة لواء المذهب المالكي الذي من
خلالهم تطور.
Résumé: cette recherché comprend l'étude de l'état Zianides Durant la période
qui s'étale de 633-962/1235-1554 sur l'aspect politique qui comprenait les phases
les plus importantes de la création de l'état, de son expansion, puis son déclin et
ensuite sa chute, ainsi que les fondation économiques bâties sur trois axes:
l'agriculture, l'industrie , l'économie, en plus de l'aspect social, les groupes de
population et les différentes races et ethnies qui ont eu un grand mérite dans la
diversité des cultures dans ce pays.
Mais notre centre d'étude tourne autour du rôle de l'état Zianides au service du
rite Malékite, et la cristallisation de ce rôle pour attirer les hommes de sciences de
ce rite, de prendre soin d'eux, en plus la présence des sultans Zianides aux conseils
scientifiques et leur contribution d'établissement et de les nommer pour l'exécution
de l'enseignement du rite Malékite.
Et en plus fournir un atmosphère idéale pour les étudiants en leur assurant l'abri, le
mangé et les salaires pour se consacrer à l'apprentissage du rite Malékite sans
s'occuper de qui que ce soit. Tout cela s'est traduit par l'émergence d'un grand
nombre de scientifiques ainsi qu'un groupe de familles de scientifique porteuses de
flambeau du rite Malékite et son développement.
ABSTRACT:
The title of the thesis: the Zianih Contre Empire and its role in serving the
Maliki doctrine.
Thesis summary in English: this research includes the study of the Zianih
Contre Empire from the year 633 to 962 AH/1235 to 1554 in terms of the
political side that included the most important stages of the empire from the
establishment and expand to Weakness then falling, as well as the economic
foundations based on three economic fields; agriculture, industry and trade,
With the social aspect and its population and social classes and ethical races
Which was the main cause of diversity of cultures within this empire.
Our
research revolves around the role of the Zainih Contre Empire in the service
of Maliki doctrine and this role was attracting the Maliki scientists in addition to
the attend of the Ziannien sultans to the scientific councils, and building the
educational institutions for them with making them the head of it to teach the
maliki doctrine, that surly needed a shelter and food, and they provided it. All of
this was just to make learning Maliki doctrine plain and in the interest.
This
was reflected by the appearance of the scientists and families that carried
the Maliki doctrine that was improved by them.
