Nous avons constaté, en se basant sur les résultats de notre enquête, que la fonction marketing n’est pas encore formalisée au niveau des entreprises enquêtées, et que ces dernières se limitent à l’aspect réactif à la concurrence en matière d’innovation marketing. Ces entreprises restent des consommatrices passives des NTIC et cela à cause de plusieurs entravent qui inhibent leur adoption. Sinon, cela donnera des résultats différents entre les faits économiques et les faits financiers (distorsion des faits comptables), ce qui conduit à des résultats biaisés et parfois erronés. L'importance de cette recherche augmente, d'autant plus que chaque pays a son propre Système Comptable. Certains pays ont adopté des Normes Comptables Internationales IAS/IFRS et d'autres pays travaillent laborieusement pour adapter leurs systèmes comptables à ces normes. This article aims to highlight the most important uses of solar energy in agricultural activity and the benefits that can be obtained, in light of the current global trend of expanding the exploitation of this alternative energy. to meet the needs of the agricultural sector and to achieve sustainable agricultural development. The experience of Algeria and of some Arab countries showed the important role of this energy, which combined economic, environmental, and social dimensions, so it was used to pump groundwater into the land, produce electricity and for domestic use in the countryside. Many results have been achieved, the most important of which are the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, the mitigation of the effects of fluctuations in the prices of fossil fuels and their rise , the creation of new job opportunities. Through a case study of the pharmaceutical, industrial complex "Saidal", the study concluded that human resources management must work to implement and keep up with the requirements of senior management in terms of recruitment, composition and preservation of human resources. strategic objectives in the face of the changes surrounding them.Item أثر تقلبات سعر صرف على أهداف السياسة الاقتصادية في الجزائر: دراسة تحليلية للفترة (2000ـ 2020).(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2022-09-30) بوشنب, موسىتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر تقلبات سعر صرف الدينار الجزائري على أهداف السياسة الاقتصادية خلال الفترة ( 2000 ــ 2020)، حيث تم من خلالها التطرق إلى تحليل تطور سعر صرف الدينار الجزائري ومدى مساهمته في تحقيق أهداف السياسة الاقتصادية في الجزائر. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن سعر صرف الدينار الجزائري خلال الفترة (2000 ــ2020) ساهم بشكل فعال في ضبط معدلات التضخم عند المستوى المطلوب من طرف السلطات النقدية في حين بقي تأثيره جد ضعيف في تخفيض معدلات البطالة، الرفع من معدل النمو الاقتصادي، وتحقيق التوازن في ميزان المدفوعات، والتي تبقى رهينة تقلبات أسعار البترول في الأسواق العالمية نظرا لانحصار الصادرات في الجزائر في قطاع واحد وهو قطاع المحروقات. This study aims to highlight the impact of the fluctuations of the Algerian dinar exchange rate on the goals of economic policy during the period (2000-2020), through which it was discussed to analyze the development of the Algerian dinar exchange rate and the extent of its contribution to achieving the goals of economic policy in Algeria.
