Abstract
"انطلاقا من السّؤال الرّئيسي لمشكلة البحث: كيف تُؤثّر السّلطة السّياسية في توجّهات القنوات الفضائية
الإخبارية العربية؟
هَدفَت هذه الد ا رسة إلى معرفة كيفيات ال تّأثير المباشر وغير المباشر الذي تُمارسه السّلطة السّياسية
في الوطن العربي على القنوات الإخبارية المُتخصّصة ومدى استغلالها كقنوات لها صداها المح لّي
والإقليمي والدّولي في إيصال رسائلها الإعلامية وخدمة أجنداتها السّياسية والفكرية ، وللوقوف أيضا
على كيفية مطابقة أو مناقضة تلك القنوات للشّعار المهني الذي ترفعه ،وهو شعار الاستقلالية
الإعلامية .
وفي سبيل الوصول إلى ذلك ، اعتمدّت الدّ ا رسة على منهج تحليل المضمون والمنهج المُقَارِن ، كما
تمّت الاستعانة بالمنهج التاريخي ، لتُركّز في التحليل على عيّنات من موادّ إعلامية أنتجتها قناتا
""الجزيرة"" و""العربية"" حول قضايا وأحداث مختلفة وفي فت ا رت متباعدة ، ولتُقارن بينها وبين ما جاء من
مواقف رسمية حول نفس تلك القضايا والأحداث من السّلطتين السّياسيتين بدولة "" قطر"" و ""المملكة
العربية السّ عودية "".
وخَلُصَت الد ا رسة في الأخير إلى نتائج من أبرزها :
وجود علاقة مباشرة وق وية تربط بين ""الجزيرة"" و""قطر"" من جهة، والعربية"" و ""السّ عودية"" من جهة ثانية
، ليُؤكّد ذلك صِحّة الفرضيات التي انطلقت منها الدّ ا رسة والقائلة بأنّ ال تّبعية من القناتين للدّولتين
أكيدة بما تُثبته الق ا ئ رن والدلائل، مع وجود فروق جزئية بين الحالتين في كيفيات ودرجات ال تّأثير ،
وهامش حُرّية المبادرة المهنية وال تّعاطي مع مختلف الأحداث ، المُتاح في كلّ قناة ." "from the main question of the issue of the research: how doesthe political authority affect the inclinations of the Arab satellite news channels? This study aimed to determine the modalities for the direct and indirect impact inflicted by the political authority in theArab world on the thematic news channelsand their exploitation as channels with a local, regional and international echo in delivering their information and sustaining their intellectual and political agendas, and also on how these channels comply with, or contradict their professional slogan which is the slogan of independence of the media.
For this purpose, the study adopted a comparative approach, the analysis of content approach and the use of the historical approach, to focus in the analysis of samples of news materials (stories) produced by Al Arabiya and Al Jazeera"" on different issues and events in long periods of time and comparing between what came from official positions on those same issues and events of the political authorities of the State of Qatar"" and ""The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia"".
The study concluded to the results the most prominent:
Th'existence of a direct and strong relationship between ""Aljazeera"" and ""QATAR"" on one hand, and ""Alarabya"" and ""Saudi Arabia"" on the other hand, to confirm the validity of the HYPOTHESES of the study that points to that the subordination of the two channels to the two countries is true through proofs and clues, with partial differences between the two cases in the modes and degrees of influence, the margin of freedom and professional initiative and the dealing with various events, available in each channel.
