Item Le Contrôle De Gestion En Milieu Pme(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2022-03-31) Chouieb, Khadidja; Reffaa, ToufikRésumé: Cette étude se veut un éclairage sur le système de contrôle de gestion en milieu PME, il s’agit pour nous d’identifier la PME et de démontrer la place qu’elle occupe aussi bien en tant qu’objet de recherche que levier fondamental à l’épanouissement économique des pays d’une part, mais aussi d’exposer les pratiques de contrôle de gestion qui lui sont inhérentes. Le travail est mené par une analyse de plusieurs études axées sur les domaines de la PME et du contrôle de gestion, ce qui a permis de montrer et conclure que l’existence et la pratique du contrôle de gestion par les PME sont difficiles à cerner dans un modèle standard, mais plutôt propre à chaque PME de manière singulière. Abstract: This study aims to shed light on the management control system in the SME environment, it is for us to identify the SME and to demonstrate the place it occupies both as an object of research and as a fundamental lever for the economic development of the countries on the one hand, but also to exhibit the practices of management control that are inherent to it. The work in this paper is carried out by an analysis of several studies focused on the fields of SMEs and management control, which allowed to show and conclude that the existence and practice of management control by SMEs are difficult to surround in a standard model but rather specific to each SME in a unique way.Item L’enseignement à Distance : L’expérience De L’escf De Constantine Avec G-suite For Education- L’année Universitaire 2020-2021(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2022-03-31) Yahia Cherif, Mouna; Ghedabna, LiliaRésumé: Cette étude à comme but d'évaluer l’efficacitéde l'enseignement à distance, au niveau de l'école supérieure de comptabilité et de finance de Constantine (ESCF) durant l'année universitaire 2020-2021, à l'aide de l'approche descroptive et analytique, via Google suite for education qui a été adopté dans l'obligation après la suspension des études en présentiel à cause de la crise sanitaire du Corona virus. Les résultats montrent que l'expérience du e-learning était très réussite, que ce soit pour les enseignants, qui ont développé leurs connaissances en TIC et la diversification des modes d'évaluation (Classroom et Google meet), ou bien pour les étudiants comme une nouvelle expérience. Tout ça, encourage l'ESCF de Constantine de se diriger vers un enseignement hybride même dans des meilleures conditions sanitaire. Codes de classification Jel:I24, I25, D83, A2.Item The Influence Of Cosmetic Accounting On The Stock Exchange(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2022-03-31) Abdullah, MasoodThis study aims to study Cosmetic Accounting fand determine the extent of its use by Saudi public shareholding companies listed in the Saudi exchange stock market. It will also shed light on the effect of Cosmetic Accounting on targeted companies' share prices between 2010 and 2014. This study proceeded with a sample of 50 Saudi public shareholding companies covering all sectors of listed companies in the Saudi stock exchange market except banking, financial services & insurance sectors. This study concludes that 45% of the Saudi companies under test used Cosmetic Accounting during the studied period. The study also finds that Cosmetic Accounting affects share prices in the Saudi stock market (direct proportion).Item Contemporary Triangular Trade And Comparative Advantage(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2022-03-31) Benslimane, Najib; Bourahla, MiloudAbstract: The international trade relationships have known progress in terms of concepts, the most important of which is the triangular trade, starting from the slavery triangular trade form, reaching what it represents nowadays, especially in electronic industries, with a focus on the (USA-ASIAN-Japan) trade collaboration. As study objective, exploring its mechanisms helps to evaluate how such collaborative trade can impact the countries-partners economies especially, on improving each country trade balance and which Algeria might take benefits from if becoming a partner. By using a descriptive approach, the study tries to measure the strength of the relationships between countries that collaborate in form of triangular trade. The study concludes that there are strong correlations between imports and exports of the countries-partners.Item La Banque Islamique Et La Responsabilité Sociale Des Entreprises (rse)(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2022-03-31) Mehirig, Adnane; Dridi, BachirRésumé: Depuis sa création dans les années 1960, la banque islamique est présente sur le marché depuis près de soixante ans. La finance islamique a parcouru un long chemin depuis lors, et ce n'est plus une notion étrangère. Non seulement parmi les pays musulmans, mais aussi parmi les pays non musulmans, les produits et services offerts ont été favorablement accueillis. Cependant, il y a peu de discussions sur la façon dont une banque islamique se compare à une banque conventionnelle en termes de responsabilité sociale des entreprises. Le document examine et analyse la littérature pertinente pour ce faire; le rapport a déclaré que la notion de banque islamique conforme au mandat religieux devrait refléter des activités et des politiques de RSE plus agressives. Par rapport aux banques conventionnelles, les banques islamiques devraient mieux performer. Abstract : Since its inception in the 1960s, Islamic banking has been on the market for nearly sixty years. Islamic finance has come a long way since then, and it is no longer a foreign notion. Not just among Muslim countries, but also among non-Muslim countries, the products and services given have been favorably received.However, there is little discussion of how an Islamic bank compares to a conventional bank in terms of corporate social responsibility The paper examines and analyzes relevant literature in order to do so; the report stated that the notion of Islamic banking that complies with religious mandate should reflect more aggressive CSR activities and policies. In comparison to conventional banks, Islamic banks should perform better.Item The Role Of Internal Governance Mechanisms In Improving The Financial Performance Of The Algerian Economic Institutions(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2022-03-31) Benaissa, RimThis study aims at testing the relationship between the internal governance mechanisms and the financial performance in the Algerian economic institutions. It also tried to highlight the impact of the mechanisms of internal governance on the financial performance of the Algerian economic institutions through the following indicators: The return rate on assets, the rate of return on property rights and the rate of return on sales. A simple and multiple regression analysis methods have been used to detect the relationship between the variables of the study with the optimal model proposal. This study concluded that corporate governance is applied by the Algerian economic institutions. It also found that there is a significant statistical correlation between the internal governance mechanisms and the return rate on assets, and there is a significant statistical correlation between the internal governance mechanisms and the rate of return on property rights. A significant statistical correlation between the internal governance mechanisms and the return rate of return on sales is also demonstrated.Item L’impact De La Pandémie Du Covid-19 Sur L’économie Mondiale(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2022-03-31) Larab, Sarah; Guendouze, BillalLa pandémie du Covid-19 a engendré une crise économique mondiale, en effet, pour enrayer la propagation du virus, plusieurs pays ont dû prendre des mesures de confinement qui limitent les déplacements de la population. Cette crise économique est inédite, par son ampleur et sa vitesse de diffusion à l’échelle planétaire, elle combine un choc d’offre car les entreprises s’arrêtent, ou tournent au ralenti, et les contraintes logistiques entraînent à court terme des ruptures de stock, et un choc de demande, car la consommation diminue, suite aux mesures de confinement qui ont eu un fort impact sur les biens de consommation et les loisirs, en raison du manque de liquidités. Ces chocs fonctionnent de manière cyclique, étant à la fois causes et effets les uns des autres.Item Le Rôle De L’entreprenariat Dans La Réduction Du Taux De Chômage En Algérie(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2022-03-31) Souames, Chaima; Dai, RaniaL’entreprenariat désigne l’action de mener à bien une nouvelle idée ou un nouveau projet, tout en prenant des risques et en saisissant toutes les opportunités possibles. Le but de cette étude était de démontrer la contribution de l’entreprenariat dans la réduction du taux de chômage en Algérie. L’analyse de cette étude est basée sur l'utilisation d’un questionnaire auto-administré conçu sur une échelle de Likert en cinq points a été utilisé pour collecter des données. La taille de l'échantillon est de 30 personnes faisant partie de la population active en Algérie. Les résultats après application de la régression linéaire simple ont mis en évidence un impact significatif de l’entreprenariat sur le taux de chômage en Algérie.Item توجهات السياسة النقدية في الجزائر في إطار تعديلات قانون النقد والقرض 90- 10 - دراسة تحليلية(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2022-03-31) مصداع, راضية; بودبودة, زهرةشهد الاقتصاد الجزائري منذ سنة 2000 تطورات هامة جعلته يعيش في بحبوحة مالية انعكست على جوانب الاقتصاد الوطني، ورغم التطور والتحسن الذي شهده النظام المصرفي الجزائري بعد صدور قانون النقد والقرض 90-10، إلاّ أن السلطات الجزائرية لجأت إلى إجراء جملة من التعديلات عليه من أجل التأثير على مسار السياسة النقدية المنتهجة، وجعلها أكثر مسايرة للوضع النقدي السائد، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل وتقييم توجهات السياسة النقدية المنتهجة في الجزائر في ظل التعديلات التي شهدها قانون النقد والقرض بعد سنة 2000. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن منذ بداية الإصلاحات النقدية مسايرة للتغيرات التي تشهدها أسعار النفط في السوق العالمية، فقد عرفت الكتلة النقدية في الجزائر تزايد مستمر، ولكن السياسة النقدية المنتهجة عبر أدواتها المختلفة استطاعت امتصاص الكتلة النقدية الزائد عن حاجة الاقتصاد الوطني، مما ساهم في المحافظة على الاستقرار النقدي والحد من عودة الآثار السلبية للضغوط التضخمية في الاقتصاد. Abstract: Since 2000, the Algerian’s economy has witnessed significant developments that made it lives in financial freedom that was reflected in the aspects of the national economy. Despite the development and improvement of the Algerian banking system after the issuance of the Monetary and Loan law 90-10, the Algerian authorities resorted to a number of amendments to influence the course of monetary policy adopted, making it more consistent with the prevailing monetary situation, the Monetary and Loan Act after 2000. This study aims to know the effect of integrated marketing communications in improving the brand image of ooredoo. To achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire was prepared as a tool for data collection, which was applied to a random sample of 223 customers of ooredoo Telecom Corporation, and to process the various data obtained, the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS.V22) program was used. The study concluded that there are acceptable levels of application of the principles of human resource governance -according to ISO 30804 – in the university, according to the opinions of college employeesItem إستراتيجية إرساء أسلوب الموازنة العامة حسب البرامج والأهداف في الجزائر ضمن القانون العضوي المتعلق بقوانين المالية رقم 18-15 -الدوافع و المنافع-(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2022-03-31) كشاوي, الياسظهرت فكرة تحديث نظام الموازنة (MSB) في سنة 2001، ضمن إطار إصلاحات موازنية ضرورية و حتمية، نتيجة قصور القانون العضوي رقم84/17على مسايرة التطورات الحاصلة في مجال تسيير المالية العمومية على اعتبار أن التوجه الاقتصادي المتبع هو الانتقال من الاقتصاد الموجه إلى اقتصاد السوق، كما ان الهيئات المالية الدولية تطالب بمراجعة نظام الموازنة العامة في اطار توحيد انظمة المحاسبة العمومية الدولية، لتحقق الفعالية و الشفافية في تسيير المال العام وذلك بإدراج مؤشرات تسمح بتقييم و تقويم النشاط العمومي ، و من هنا أصبح من الضروري إرساء إستراتيجية واضحة المعالم للانتقال من أسلوب الميزانية التقليدية إلى أسلوب الميزانية حسب البرامج و الأهداف، و هذا عبر مراحل متناسقة انطلاقا من وضع الاطار التشريعي و القانوني الذي تجسد في القانون العضوي رقم 18/15 المتعلق بقوانين المالية، والذي يدخل حيز التطبيق بحلول سنة 2023.Item الإطار التحليلي لادارة جودة التدقيق في ظل المعيار الدولي لإدارة الجودة 01(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2022-03-31) عابي, خليدةتسعى هذه الدراسة الى عرض الإطار التحليلي لادارة الجودة لخدمات مكاتب وشركات التدقيق الخارجية وضمان جودة خدماتها، في ظل سياسات وإجراءات محتوى المعيار الدولي لإدارة الجودة1 (ISQM1)، الذي يحل محل المعيار الدولي لرقابة الجودة الأول (ISQC1)) اعتبارا من سنة 2022، .وهذا في ظل اعتماد مجلس الدولي لمعايير المراجعة والتأكيد(IAASB) ، نهجا جديدا في مجال تطوير إطار جودة التدقيق، من خلال نهج أكثر استباقية وتكييفا لإدارة الجودة، يركز على تحقيق أهداف الجودة من خلال تحديد المخاطر التي تهدد تلك الأهداف، والاستجابة لها. ولقد خلصت الدراسة الى هناك حاجة الى المزيد من العمل بمجال إدارة الجودة للتدقيق، خاصة في ظل فجوة التوقعات للتدقيق، حيث يوفر المعيار الدولي للجودة 1 ISQM فرصة للقيام بخطوة مهمة نحو تقليص توقعات الجمهور حول ماهية التدقيق الجيد. وتحقيق اهداف المعيار الدولي لإدارة الجودة 1 من خلال تحسين سياسات واجراءات التدقيق وتقاريره.Item المخاطر القانونية في عقود المرابحة(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2022-03-31) زواوي, زكيةيُظهر هذا البحث أهم المخاطر القانونية التي تواجه بعض العقود البنكية الإسلامية لأن البنوك الإسلامية تواجه توعين من المخاطر،فبجانب المخاطر التي تشترك فيها مع البنوك التقليدية فهي تواجه مخاطر خاصة بطبيعة نشاطها ومن أهم هذه المخاطر هي المخاطر القانونية لأنها مرتبطة بكل المخاطر بواسطة العقود التي هي أساسية في كل صيغ التمويل البنوك الإسلامية ، حيث يتم بيان مفهوم المخاطر في الفقه والاقتصاد والقانون، كما يتم بيان أنواع المخاطر في المعاملات البنكية عموما والإسلامية خصوصا ومن ثم محاولة التركيز بشكل خاص على المخاطر القانونية من خلال عقود المرابحة، وهي مخاطر قانونية تتعلق بصياغة تلك العقود أو مخاطر قانونية ذات طابع إجرائي،إذن في هذا البحث نحاول ذكر المخاطر القانونية التي تتعلق بعقود المرابحة لأن لابد من التنبه لمختلف المخاطر وخاصة المتعلقة بالعقود من أجل الإبتعاد الوقوع بها حيث أن المخاطر القانونية في عمليات التمويل الإسلامي تتطلب في نفس الوقت القانون والشريعة الإسلامية.Item الامدادات المستقبلية للطاقة آفاق 2040(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2022-03-31) بن أحمد, أحمديعتمد عالمنا على الطاقة، فالطاقة مكون أساسي لطريقة حياتنا ودافع رئيسي لنمو اقتصادياتنا، وتحتل الطاقة مكانة هامة في كل شيئ من تزويد سياراتنا بالوقود إلى تدفئة منازلنا وتوفير الطاقة للأجهزة التي نعتمد عليها في حياتنا اليومية، لكن العالم يتغير، فالزيادة في عدد السكان، والنمو الاقتصادي، وتطور التكنولوجيا الحديثة، والتغيرات الحاصلة في طبيعة ونطاق الأنظمة، تقود جميعها إلى إحداث تغيير في المشهد المستقبلي للطاقة، فنحن نتجه نحو كفاءة أكبر في إستخدام الطاقة وإلى إنتاج وقود أنظف، وفي الوقت ذاته، تساعد التكنولوجيا الحديثة في تطوير مصادر جديدة للطاقة وفي جعل الطاقة أقل تكلفة، فضلا عن فرص عمل جديدة وتوسيع نطاق التجارة حول العالم. At the same time, modern technology helps in developing new sources of energy and making energy Less cost, as well as new business opportunities and expanding trade around the world.Item أثر جودة خدمة النقل الجوي على رضا الزبائن - دراسة ميدانية على عينة من زبائن الخطوط الجوية الجزائرية -(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2022-03-31) طاهير, نادية; حواس, مولودتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر جودة خدمات النقل الجوي من خلال أبعادها الخمسة: الملموسية، الاعتمادية، الاستجابة، الأمان، والتعاطف على رضا الزبون، وذلك من خلال دراسة ميدانية على عينة من زبائن الخطوط الجوية الجزائرية. تمت معالجة البيانات إحصائياً باستخدام البرنامج الاحصائي (IBM spss statistic v 25). وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية لبعدي الملموسية والاعتمادية على رضا الزبائن، وعدم وجودها بالنسبة لبعد الاستجابة، بعد الأمان، وبعد التعاطف. Abstract: This study aims to identify the impact of the quality of air transport services through its five dimensions: tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, safety, and empathy on customer satisfaction, through a field study on a sample of Algeria airlines company customers. The data was processed using the statistical program (IBM spss statistic v 25). The study found a statistically significant relationship for the dimensions of tangibility and reliability on customer satisfaction, and its absence the dimension of response, the dimension of safety, and the dimension of empathy.Item تداعيات الوضع الأمني في منطقة الساحل الإفريقي على السياحة الصحراوية في الجزائر(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2022-03-31) جديدي, موسىتتناول هذه الدراسة السياحة الصحراوية حيث تهدف إلى إبراز أهم مقومات السياحة الصحراوية في الجزائر، والتطرق إلى أهم العوائق التي تواجهها. أما أهمية هذه الدراسة فنابعة من كون أن التهديدات الأمنية غير العسكرية في منطقة الساحل الإفريقي تعتبر خطرا على استقرار دول الساحل الإفريقي والدول المجاورة لها، حيث أن هذه التهديدات كان لها الأثر الكبير على الوضع الأمني في الجزائر، وانعكس ذلك على العديد من القطاعات الاقتصادية لاسيما قطاع السياحة وبالأخص السياحة الصحراوية في الجزائر.
