Item The Financial Developments Of The Maghreb Countries During Covid-19: Present Challenges And Future Horizons(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2022-09-01) Zouaouid, LazhariThis study aims at showing the financial developments of the Maghreb countries during Covid-19 and the main challenges faced by these countries in their endeavor to improve their general financial circumstances. To answer the problematic of the study that revolves around knowing the financial developments of the Maghreb countries during Covid-19, we used the analytical descriptive method because it is the most suitable. We analyzed the statistics about the study topic in the light of the report on the horizons of the Arab economy published by the Arab Monetary Fund in 2021. Findings show that the general finance in these countries faces difficult challenges which affect the levels of deficiency and the general indebtedness. Moreover, despite the recovery from the effects of the pandemic, these countries face a geopolitical crisis caused by the Russian invasion of Ukraine which had negative effects on the international economy. To this end, we opted for a documentary study with the aim of analysing the content and quality of the information contained in the annual activity reports of the two banks selected. The data was processed using the qualitative analysis software Nvivo. This is thanks to the natural qualifications consisting of a temperate climate and hydrographic network as well as human potential. We used field investigation and data analysis by using geographical systems from maps and graphs. There is no area of our contemporary life that we see laden with social contradictions and psychological pressures that, if continued, inevitably lead to a tragic result. Our study aims to clarify the relationship between job burnout and job performance. Among our findings is that job burnout is no longer only a psychological condition, but has negative repercussions on individuals’ behavior, attitudes and performance at work. So, the most important results obtained from this study is that the said institution adopt these principles and contribute for developing the primary and higher education in Algeria. This vision has been affirmed through several continental and regional initiatives, the latest one was Africa's Development Agenda 2063 in which states are committed to the economic integration of Africa. In this regard, the Africa Regional integration index ARII has been developed jointly by AU, UNECA and AfDB in order to provide a multi-dimensional perspective of the degree of integration and convergence between African’s nations policies in different fields, This research aims to explain this tool and analyze its results.Item محددات الاختيارات المصرفية للطلبة الجامعيين بين الصيرفة الإسلامية والصيرفة التقليدية(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2022-09-01) بوقاسة, معاذ; بوحديدة, محمدهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أهم الدوافع المؤثرة على اختيار الطلبة الجامعيين بين الصيرفة الإسلامية والصيرفة التقليدية، وجاءت هذه الدراسة في خضم حدوث تحولات في المنظومة المصرفية الجزائرية بإدخال مفاهيم جديدة في التمويل لم تُؤْلف من قبل وهو حال المصرفية الإسلامية. وبُغية تحقيق هذا الهدف تم توزيع استبانة على عينة من طلبة العلوم الاقتصادية، الاجتماعية، وعلوم التسيير. وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة على أن أغلبية الطلبة يفضلون الصيرفة الإسلامية لدوافع دينية، كما أن أغلب الموظفين في البنوك التقليدية يرغبون في التحول إلى العمل المصرفي الإسلامي بدافع ديني أيضا. The objective of this study was to determine the major motives that affect the choice of undergraduates between Islamic banking and traditional banking, this study came in the midst of transformations in the Algerian banking system by introducing new concepts as the case of Islamic banking. In order to achieve this goal, a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of students of economic, social and management sciences. The results of the study revealed that the majority of students prefer Islamic banking over traditional banking for religious motives, and also, most of conventional banks employees want to switch to Islamic banking for religious motives as wellItem أثر أسواق الأوراق المالية على معدلات النمو: دراسة مقارنة بين عينة من الدول العربية النفطية وغير النفطية(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2022-09-01) لقريوي, إلهام; علاب, الرشيد; بوحيضر, رقيةهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر بورصات الأوراق المالية على النمو الاقتصادي في عينة من الدول العربية النفطية وغير النفطية خلال الفترة 2006-2018، باستخدام المنهج الوصفي وبالاعتماد على بيانات البانل وبأخذ معدل نمو الناتج المحلي الإجمالي كمتغير تابع والقيمة السوقية، القيمة الإجمالية للأسهم المتداولة كنسبة من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، معدل التضخم، وسعر النفط كمتغيرات مفسرة. توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة عكسية بين القيمة السوقية ومعدل النمو في الدول العربية النفطية، بينما أثرت القيمة الإجمالية للأسهم المتداولة كنسبة من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي إيجابا على النمو. أما في الدول العربية غير النفطية فقد أثرت القيمة الإجمالية للأسهم المتداولة كنسبة من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي إيجابا على معدل النمو بينما لم يكن هناك تأثير للقيمة السوقية على معدل النمو. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تطوير البورصات العربية بهدف زيادة معدل النمو.Item إقامة سوق مالي إسلامي في الجزائر بين النظري والتحديات(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2022-09-01) كماش, حفصة; براهمي, خالدتحتل الأسواق المالية الإسلامية مكانة هامة ومميزة في النظم الاقتصادية المعاصرة، وتعد احد العناصر الأساسية في القطاع المالي، الذي يمثل العمود الفقري للتنمية الاقتصادية خاصة في الدول الإسلامية، ويهدف هذا الموضوع إلى تقديم مقترحات لإقامة سوق مالي إسلامي في الجزائري يتماشى وفق قواعد الشريعة الإسلامية، وذلك من خلال الإشارة إلى تجارب دولية، للوقوف على الفرص المتاحة لنجاحها، والمعوقات التي تحول دون إقامتها والتحديات التي تواجهها. خلص البحث إلى أن الجزائر بحاجة لإقامة سوق مالي إسلامي يتماشى وفق قواعد الشريعة الإسلامية، من خلال توفير الأطر القانونية الخاصة بالنظام المالي الاسلامي التي تعتبر من بين المشاكل والمعوقات التي تواجهه. Islamic financial markets are one of the basic components of the financial sector; which represents the backbone of economic development, especially in Islamic countries, This study aims yo present proposals for the establishment of an Islamic financial market in Algeria in line with Islamic law, by identifying the opportunities available for its success, the obstacles that prevent its establishment and the challenges it faces, with reference to some international experiences. This study aimed to highlight the importance of small and medium enterprises and their role as a means of private investment in sports facilities, , we relied on the analytical approach, where we found in our study that there are obstacles and problems that hinder its continuity, and the biggest problem is financing, as the small size of these institutions makes it difficult to obtain bank loans, in addition to the political, economic problems and government administrative orientations.Item أثر اللاجئين لدول الاتحاد الأوروبي على النمو الاقتصادي - دراسة قياسية (2000-2019)(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2022-09-01) بن فريحة, نجاةمن خلال هذه الدراسة هدفنا إلى تبيين تأثير اللاجئين على النمو الاقتصادي لدول الاتحاد الاوربي من خلال دراسة قياسية معتمدين على بيانات سنوية للفترة الممتدة من 2000 إلى 2019، من خلال الاعتماد على متغيرين هما: معدل نمو نصيب الفرد من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي كمتغير تابع يمثل النمو الاقتصادي وعدد اللاجئين السنوي ممثلا للمتغير المستقل، وأوضحت النتائج أن نموذج التأثيرات الثابتة ملائم للدراسة، كما توصلنا إلى وجود أثر طويل الأجل وموجب لمؤشر عدد اللاجئين على معدل النمو، ووجود علاقة سببية طويلة الأجل وذات اتجاه واحد وهذا حسب اختباري التكامل المشترك والسببية Through this study, we aimed to show the impact of refugees on the economic growth of the EU States through a standard study based on annual data for the period 2000 to 2019, drawing on two variables: The rate of GDP per capita growth as a dependent variable represents the economic growth and the annual number of refugees represented by the independent variable. The results showed that the fixed-impact model was appropriate for the study, and we found a long-term and positive impact of the refugee population index on the growth rate and a long-term, one-way causal relationship, depending on the common integration and causation testsItem استخدام نموذج (altman Z-2) للتنبؤ بالتعثر المالي - دراسة حالة شركتي كوندور الكترونيكس وإريس سات -(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2022-09-01) خنوف, أكرم تقي الدين; ضيف الله, محمد الهاديتهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على قدرة نمو ذج ألتمان على التنبؤ بالتعثر المالي لشركتي كوندور الكترونيكس وإريس سات الناشطة في قطاع صناعة التجهيزات الالكترونية والكهرومنزلية في الجزائر. تم جمع بيانات الدراسة من القوائم المالية للشركتين المسجلة على موقع السجل التجاري الوطني خلال فترة الدراسة (2010-2019). وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة إمكانية الاعتماد على نموذج ألتمان في تحديد الوضع المالي لشركة كوندور الكترونيكس الذي كان يتراوح بين منطقة الاستقرار والخطر المالي، أما شركة إريس سات فهي متعثرة حسب النموذج، وأن نموذج ألتمان أظهر قدرة تنبؤية كبيرة في التمييز بين الشركتين على المدى البعيد وكشف هذا التعثر المالي. The study aims at identifying the ability of the Altman model to predict the financial distress of Condor Electronics and Iris Sat companies for the electronic and household electrical appliances industry in Algeria. Data was collected from the financial statements of the two companies registered on the website of the national commercial register center during the period of study (2010-2019). the study results showed the possibility of relying on the Altman model in determining the financial position of Condor Electronics company which was ranged between stability and financial risk zone, as for Iris Sat it is distressed according to the model, and the Altman model had a significant predictive ability in discrimination between the two companies in the long term and detect this financial distress.Item دور نظام المعلومات المحاسبي في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية ــ دراسة حالة مؤسسة نفطال التجارية وحدة المسيلة ــ(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2022-09-01) بن عيسي, موسى; لعراف, فائزةتهدف الدراسة للتعرف على دور نظام المعلومات المحاسبي في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية، خاصة في ظل التطور العلمي والتكنولوجي واشتداد حدة التنافس، ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إرفاق الدراسة النظرية بدراسة تطبيقية على مستوى مؤسسة نفطال التجارية بالمسيلة. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن نظام المعلومات المحاسبي لمؤسسة نفطال التجارية بالمسيلة له دور هام في دعم استراتيجيه المؤسسة، وذلك من خلال تكامل النظم الفرعية لنظام المعلومات المحاسبي والتنسيق فيما بينها لإنتاج معلومات محاسبية دقيقة وتقديمها بالسرعة المطلوبة للمسيرين لاتخاذ قرارات سليمة، بالإضافة إلى التكامل بين موارد نظام المعلومات المحاسبي ــ المادية والبشرية ــ مما يساهم في تحقيق أبعاد الميزة التنافسية. The study aims to identify the role of the accounting information system in achieving competitive advantage, especially in light of the scientific and technological development and intensified competition between institutions, where the theoretical study was attached to an applied study at the level of The Naftal Commercial Corporation in the means. In addition to integrating accounting information system resources , Material and human, This contributes to achieving the dimensions of the competitive advantageItem تكلفة التمويل وأثرها في قيمة المؤسسة مع فرص نمو مختلفة - دراسة قياسية للمؤسسات المسعرة في بورصة عمان للأوراق المالية-(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2022-09-01) قريني, وردة; بورديمة, سعيدةتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر تكلفة التمويل في قيمة المؤسسة، وذلك مع فرص النمو المختلفة، حيث تم إجراؤها على عينتين من المؤسسات المسعرة في بورصة عمان للأوراق المالية سنة 2019، عينة لديها فرص نمو مرتفعة، والأخرى لديها فرص نمو منخفضة. وتوصلت إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن أثر تكلفة التمويل في قيمة المؤسسة كان سلبيا بغض النظر عن اختلاف فرص النمو، وأن تكلفة التمويل كانت مرتفعة في المؤسسات التي لديها انخفاضا في فرص النمو، ومنخفضة في المؤسسات التي لديها ارتفاعا في فرص النمو، ما انعكس على قيمة المؤسسة حيث كانت منخفضة في المؤسسات ذات فرص النمو المنخفضة، ومرتفعة في المؤسسات ذات فرص النمو المرتفعة. This study aims to know the impact of the cost of funding on the value of the firm, with different growth opportunities, as it was conducted on two samples of companies quoted on the Amman Stock Exchange in 2019, one sample with high growth opportunities, and the other with low growth opportunities. A105 responses were received in the period extented from 09/11/2021 to 23/11/2021, but only 100 responses were taken into account due to missing data.
