Abstract
The research aims at sensitizing the directors of the Algerian universities to the role of TQM
as a modern method to improve the performance of their universities. The research followed
the descriptive approach that fits the nature of the subject of the study. This is through the
distribution of 34 questionnaires to the professors working in the Faculty of Arts, Positively
affect the performance of the Faculty of Arts by more than 57%.
