For example, the Permanent Court of Justice has applied the principle of respect for rights acquired in Poland's Upper Silesia, the principle that a person cannot be both a judge and a judge in the Mosul case, and the principle of non-abuse of the right in the free zone case. Our study examined the role of protest movements in leading forward the change and democratic transformation in the Arab region during the past two decades, besides studying the process of democratization in light of what is known as the rise of the Arab Spring, and we also discussed the process of democratic transformation in Europe and Latin American countries, to clarify the similarities between them, to benefit from those experiences and an establishing general rules to follow in the process of change and its mechanisms, especially the role of social justice movements (protest) , because what matters to peoples and the government in achieving the political stability based on democratic foundations that allow everyone to participate In the conduct of public affairs of the country.Item تحليل التكامل الأوروبي للصناعات الدفاعية حسب مقاربة الحكومي الليبرالي(University of Eloued جامعة الوادي, 2022-09-28) محمد, خوجةتتناول الدراسة موضوع الصناعة الدفاعية الأوروبية، بإعتبارها أحد أهم مظاهر التكامل الأوروبي الحكومي، والذي تميزه زيادة مستوى التعاون السياسي بين دول الاتحاد الأوربي، وسيطرتها على القواعد والإجراءات وآليات التنفيذ المرتبطة بالمشاريع المنجزة، في تطوير التعاون الصناعي الدفاعي الأوروبي. وتوضح الدراسة مقاربة التكامل الحكومي لأندرو مورافسيك، في مسار العمليات التكاملية للصناعات الدفاعية الأوروبية بمراحلها وعناصرها التنظيمية والتشريعية. The study addresses the European defense industry, as one of the most important aspects of European intergovernmental integration, which is distinguished by increasing the level of political cooperation between EU countries, and their control over the rules, procedures and implementation mechanisms associated with completed projects in the European defense industrial development cooperation. The study clarifies the Intergovernmental integration approach of Andrew Moravisek, in the path of the European defense industries integrative processes with its stages, its organizational and legislative elements.
