Abstract
The main objective behind the state’sacquiescence to law is to protect and preserve
the rights of individuals and their freedoms by obliging the governing authorities to
submit to law. Sincejudiciaryis the fortification of the state of law, the
administrative judiciary plays a substantial role in ensuring law. In this sense, the
administrative judiciary has a momentous role mainly in cases of unequal parties
where the opponent is a public person representing the state; therefore, the essence
of this action is to establishlegitimacy, legality, and lawfulness; hence, protecting
rights and freedoms. The administrative judge oversees the work of the
administration and has the absolute power over control providing that there is
interconnectedness between the two administrations. If the protection of human
rights and the public freedom is in the hands of ordinary justice, the impulsiveness
in one of them, however, could be referred to the administrative judge.
