Item Le Phénomène Du Vol Dans La Société Algérienne(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2022-06-01) Zikiou, Mustapha; Mazazi, Younes; Seddik Khodja, KhaledA travers cet article, nous tentons d'étudier le phénomène du vol qui est répandus dans la société algérienne. Se basant sur des statistiques publiées par la direction des services de police Nous essayons à travers cette étude de connaître l'ampleur du phénomène à travers le nombre de cas enregistrés et le nombre de détenus au niveau national et les villes les plus touchées par ce phénomène. Nous avons utilisé la méthode de l'analyse statistique et la méthode comparative, on faisant des comparaisons entre l'ampleur du phénomène durant certaines périodes, son évolution et les types de vols les plus courants dans la société. Abstract: Through this article, we try to study theft which is one of the most widespread phenomena in Algerian society. On the basis of statistics published by the direction of the police services; we are trying through this study to know the extent of the phenomenon through the number of cases registered the number of prisoners at the national level and the cities most affected by this phenomenon. We used the statistical analysis method and the comparative approach, making comparisons between the extent of the phenomenon during certain periods, its evolution and the most common types of theft in Algerian society.Item La Ponctuation Et Sa Representation Du Sens Chez L'apprenant Universitaire De Tiaret – Une Etude Enonciative Des Signes Dans Les Ecrits Des Etudiants De Fle(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2022-06-01) Lahmar, RabiaLa ponctuation est un élément de la langue qui s’avère complexe et peu étudié, c’est un domaine qui est appelé par les auteurs « le flou théorique ». La construction du sens exige l’intégration de cette composante en production écrite. En effet, l’utilisation des signes de ponctuation fait partie intégrante de la compétence à écrire et contribue de manière importante à l’organisation et à la cohésion du texte produit (Garcia-Debanc, 2010) l’affirme Béguelin (2000). Au plan énonciatif, la ponctuation d’un texte requiert une capacité d’abstraction certaine de la part du scripteur. Il doit se représenter la situation décrite ou racontée de manière à s’en construire un « modèle mental » dans lequel la nature et le degré de liaison entre les informations (éléments décrits, actions, etc.) sont suffisamment clairs pour être transposés sous forme de signes de ponctuation et de connecteurs (Fayol, Carré et Simon-Thibult, 2014). La présente étude a pour objet l’étude des difficultés d’usage des signes de ponctuation lors d’une situation de production écrite (la narration). L’objectif de notre investigation est de comprendre la source des difficultés relative à la pratique de la ponctuation chez les apprenants universitaires à l’écrit. Connaissant l’origine de cette déficience, nous pourrions proposer des solutions qui pourraient améliorer cette compétence rédactionnelle.Abstract: Punctuation is an element of the language that turns out to be complex and little studied, it is an area that is called by the authors "the theoretical vagueness". The construction of meaning requires the integration of this component into written production. Indeed, the use of punctuation marks is an integral part of the skill to write and contributes significantly to the organization and cohesion of the text produced (Garcia-Debanc, 2010), affirms Béguelin (2000). On the enunciative level, the punctuation of a text requires a certain capacity for abstraction on the part of the writer. He must represent the situation described or told in such a way as to construct a "mental model" in which the nature and degree of connection between the information (elements described, actions, etc.) are sufficiently clear to be transposed into form. punctuation marks and connectors (Fayol, Carré and Simon-Thibult, 2014). The purpose of this study is to study the difficulties of using punctuation marks in a written production situation (narration). The objective of our investigation is to understand the source of the difficulties relating to the practice of punctuation among university writing learners. Knowing the origin of this deficiency, we could propose solutions that could improve this writing skill.Item موقف الإعلام العربي من الثورة الجزائرية (1954-1956م) "تونس ومصر نموذجا"(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2022-06-01) بن مهدي, مرزوق; الدام, محمدلاقت الثورة الجزائرية منذ تفجيرها في أول نوفمبر 1954م اهتمامًا واضحًا في الرأي العام العربي والعالمي، فقد تعدى الدعم النطاق العربي، إلا أنه كان محدود نظرًا لخضوع تلك الدول للسيطرة الاستعمارية، ليبرز دور تونس ومصر الفعال الذي جُسد في دعم الحركة الوطنية الجزائرية، حيث أبدوا استعدادهم التام لدعم وتأييد الثورة الجزائرية في حالة انطلاقها، سواء كان هذا الدعم عسكريًا أو إعلاميًا أو سياسيًا، وهكذا كانت تونس ومصر السباقتين في دعم نضال الحركة الوطنية الجزائرية والثورة الجزائرية. وقد حظيت الجزائر بدعم مادي ومعنوي من بعض الدول العربية المغاربية والمشرقية، اختلفت مظاهره من دولة إلى أخرى قبل وأثناء الثورة التحريرية، ويمكن الإشارة في هذا السياق إلى دور الدعم الإعلامي الذي لعبته تونس ومصر على وجه الخصوص كقاعدة خلفية للثورة الجزائرية واحتضانها لقادة الثورة ومؤسساتها وشخصياتها البارزة سواء كانت سياسية أو عسكرية منها. This study was conducted on an intentional sample represented by 62 individuals, adopting the descriptive and analytical approach using the interview and questionnaire as collection tools data, To answer the questions asked and find a solution to the main question. In conclusion, we have concluded with a number of results, the most important of which is the marketing of charitable projects, which is considered a set of persuasive messages that the contact person in charities sends to their audience, and The use of persuasive communication in the Marketing of charitable projects on its scientific basis contributes to achieving the objectives of Algerian charities.Item دور وسائل الإعلام في صناعة الجريمة الحلول واستراتيجيات المعالجة(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2022-06-01) شعبان, حناننتطرق في هذا المقال إلى إسهام وسائل الإعلام صناعة الجريمة، وذلك من خلال عرض بعض الأدبيات والنتائج التي تعالج موضوع الإعلام والجريمة، فقد أصبحت وسائل الإعلام تشارك في صناعة العنف والجريمة في المجتمعات بشكل أو بآخر، وما يحدث من كثير من جرائم حقيقة هي تطبيق واقعي لحالة تمثيلية قدمت عبر الشاشة أو الصحف، من هنا فإن البداية الحقيقية لتفعيل دور وسائل الإعلام يأتي من خلال مشاركتها في التنشئة الاجتماعية، خاصة وأن ما يقضيه الفرد في متابعتها أكبر بكثير مما يقضيه في صحبة أسرته أو مدرسته، كذلك لابد على وسائل الإعلام أن تتحمل مسؤوليتها الوطنية في الحد من الانحراف والوقاية من الجريمة مقترحين بعض التوصيات التي من شأنها أن تفعل على الساحة الإعلامية من أجل الحد من انتشار الجريمة عبرها، بالاستناد إلى بعض طرق واستراتيجيات الوقاية والحد من انتشار الجرائم بمختلف الوسائل الإعلامية لذلك لابد من التأكيد على أهمية الدور الاجتماعي لوسائل الإعلام، بحيث لا تكون المعالجة الدرامية مقتصرة على مجرد الرصد الفوتوغرافي لمشاكل المجتمع دون تحليل أو نقد أو توضيح للدوافع والأسباب التي تكمن وراء كل مشكلة من هذه المشاكل، فلابد أن تقوم هذه الدراما بتناول مشاكل المجتمع من خلال رؤية نقدية تحليلية لكل مشكلة وعدم الاكتفاء بالقيام بدور الراصد للمشكلة التي يتم تناولها. The aim of the study is to learn about the most important uses of electronic paintings in children and their implications for communication with family.Item توظيف الأخبار الملفقة في التضليل الإعلامي خلال جائحة كوفيد 19 بالجزائر: تحليل مضمون عينة من الأخبار الكاذبة على الفايسبوك(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2022-06-01) صولي, ميلودالملخص تناولت هذه الدراسة كيفية توظيف الأخبار الملفقة على موقع الفايسبوك في التضليل الإعلامي بخصوص الأزمة المتعددة الأبعاد بسبب فيروس"كوفيد" 19 في الجزائر، من خلال تحليل مضامين عينة من هذه الأخبار التي عرفت رواجا كبيرا، في ظل انتشار جائحة كورونا. وسعت الدراسة إلى معرفة مقاصد استخدام الأخبار الملفقة والقيم المتضمنة في هذه الأخبار ومواضيعها وأفكارها، إلى جانب الاهتمام بدور الصورة في صناعة الـ Fake News، من خلال فحص عينة منها في الأشهر الستة الأخيرة من سنة 2022. وعليه توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى نتائج، أبرزها توظيف الأخبار الملفقة في التضليل والتعبئة والتحريض، بالتركيز على مواضيع ذات طابع سوسيواقتصادي بالدرجة الأولى وأمني سياسي في المقام الثاني، مع استغلال كبير للصورة في نشر هذه الأخبار الملفقة. Abstract: This study deals with how to employ the fabricated news on Facebook in disinformation regarding the multi-dimensional crisis due to the “Covid 19” virus in Algeria, by analyzing the contents of a sample of this news that became very popular, in light of the spread of the Corona pandemic. The study sought to find out the purposes of using fabricated news, the values contained in this news, its topics and ideas, as well as the interest in the role of the image in the manufacture of Fake News, by examining a sample of it in the last six months of 2022. Accordingly, this study reached results, most notably the use of fabricated news in misleading, mobilization and incitement, focusing on topics of a socio-economic nature in the first place and political security in the second place, with great exploitation of the image in the dissemination of these fabricated news.Item العلاقات العامة الرقمية وصناعة الصورة الذهنية للمنظمات الحديثة قراءة تحليلية في ظل البيئة الافتراضية(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2022-06-01) قادم, جميلةتعد العلاقات العامة الرقمية من أحدث المفاهيم في إدارة صورة وسمعة المنظمات، حيث تحقق التفاعل المباشر مع الجمهور تجاه المنظمات خاصة فيما يتعلق بتحسين الصورة الذهنية وبتعزيز هويتها. وتُعتبر إدارة الصورة الذهنية للمنظمة إحدى أهم وظائف العلاقات العامة، التي تهدف إلى بناء وتدعيم صورة ذهنية إيجابية عنها. سعت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف للدور البارز الذي تقوم به العلاقات الرقمية في تشكيل صورة وسمعة المؤسسة. وخلصت الدراسة بأن تحسين الصورة الذهنية للمنظمة يستدعي إعادة النظر في الموروث السابق لكل من تسويق المحتوى الإتصالي واستراتيجيات إدارة الصورة الذهنية ، و التمكن من أساسيات التسويق الرقمي المعاصر. Abstract: Digital public relations is one of the latest concepts in the management of the image and reputation of organizations, it achieves direct interaction with the public towards issues of interest to organizations, especially with regard to improving the mental image. Managing the mental image of the organization is one of the most important functions of public relations, which mainly aims to build a positive mental image. this study seeks to identify the role played by digital relations in shaping the image of the institution.
