Abstract
الملخص:
هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف على العلاقة بين القيادة التربوية لدى المدير والرضا الوظيفي لدى أستاذ التعليم الابتدائي، حيث كان التساؤل الرئيسي : هل توجد علاقة بين القيادة التربوية للمدير والرضا الوظيفي لأستاذ التعليم الابتدائي؟
وتمحورت التساؤلات الفرعية حول العلاقة بين أنماط القيادة التربوية
( الديمقراطية/الدكتاتورية/التسيبية ) بالرضا الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي.
اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وقد شملت عينة قدرها (23) مديرا و(177) أستاذا ، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة المسحية للمديرين ،وبالطريقة العرضية للأساتذة، كما تم اعتماد مقياس القيادة التربوية ومقياس الرضا الوظيفي من إعداد الباحثين لجمع بيانات الدراسة ، ولمعالجة البيانات المحصل عليها تم استخدام معامل ارتباط بيرسون، تم التوصل إلى النتائج كما يلي:
- توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين القيادة الديمقراطية والرضا الوظيفي لدى عينة الدراسة.
- توجد علاقة ارتباطية عكسية دالة إحصائيا بين القيادة الدكتاتورية والرضا الوظيفي لدى عينة الدراسة.
- توجد علاقة ارتباطية عكسية دالة إحصائيا بين القيادة التسيبية والرضا الوظيفي لدى عينة الدراسة.
- توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين القيادة التربوية والرضا الوظيفي لدى عينة الدراسة.
Abstract
The study aimed to reveal the nature of the relationship between the principal’s educational leadership and primary education teacher’s job satisfaction، as the general problem was formulated as follows: Is there a relationship between the principal’s educational leadership and primary education teacher job satisfaction?
The study sample included (23) principals and (177) professors، and the educational leadership scale and job satisfaction scale were applied by the researchers، and data processing was followed on the descriptive correlative approach، then we used the Pearson correlation coefficient to study the relationship between educational leadership and job satisfaction. Draw conclusions as follows:
- There is a statistically significant correlation between educational leadership and job satisfaction among the study sample.
- There is a statistically significant correlation between democratic leadership and job satisfaction among the study sample.
- There is a statistically significant inverse correlation between dictatorial leadership and job satisfaction among the study sample.
- There is a statistically significant inverse correlation between laxity leadership and job satisfaction among the study sample.
