Abstract
الملخص:
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة مدى تطبيق مبادئ الهندسة البشرية في مجال الزراعة بولاية الوادي، بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي لكونه المناسب لهذه الدراسة، حيث قام الطالب معرفة مستوى الضوضاء ومستوى درجة الحرارة التي يتعرض لها العاملون في المزارع بولاية الوادي، كما تم أخذ القياسات الجسمية لمجموعة من أبعاد الجسم للعمال ومعرفة مدى تناسبها مع الأدوات المستعملة في المزارع، ومدى التزام العمال بإجراءات الوقاية وتوفر أدواتها على عينة تتكون من 152عامل بالمزرعة وهو العدد الإجمالي المتوفر يعملون في مراكز عمل مختلفة حيث تم حصر شامل لهم، ولقد كانت النتائج كما يلي:
- عدم تطبيق مبادئ الهندسة البشرية للحد من آثار الظروف الفيزيقية للعاملين في مجال الزراعة بولاية الوادي.
- عدم تطبيق مبادئ الهندسة البشرية على أدوات الإنتاج لخلق مواءمة مع الأبعاد الجسمية للعاملين في مجال الزراعة بولاية الوادي

The current study aimed to know the reality of human engineering applications in the agricultural field in El-Oued State, based on the exploratory descriptive approach because it is appropriate for this study. From the dimensions of the body and exploring their suitability with the tools used in the farms, and the extent of the workers’ commitment to preventive measures and the availability of their tools on a sample of 152 workers on the farm, which is the total number available working in different work centers where a comprehensive inventory was made of them, and the results were as follows:
- Failure to apply the principles of human engineering to reduce the effects of the physical conditions of workers in the agricultural field in El-Oued State.
- Failure to apply the principles of human engineering to production tools to create compatibility with the anthropometric measurements of workers in the agricultural field in El--Oued State.
