Abstract
"إن ما يحيط بالمؤسسات من تأثيرات العولمة والتغييرات المتعددة تجعل من البراعة التنظيمية أمر حتمي وضروري للبقاء والاستمرارية، إذ تبقى القدرات الديناميكية الوسيلة المهمة والفعالة لذلك بما تقوم عليه من تفاعل وشمولية لدمج المعارف والخبرات التي تمكنها من التنفيذ بالتركيز على الأنشطة الحالية والمستقبلية، لذا جاءت هاته الدراسة لإبراز مدى مساهمة القدرات الديناميكية في تعزيز البراعة التنظيمية لدى مجموعة من الوكالات البنكية بولاية الوادي، بالاعتماد على تقنية دراسة الحالة مستخدمين الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، فقمنا بتوزيعه على عينة عشوائية قدرت بـ 30 فردا، حيث كانت كل الاستبيانات الموزعة صالحة لإجراء التحليل الاحصائي .
وتم التوصل إلى أن القدرات الديناميكية في الوكالات البنكية محل الدراسة تساهم في تعزيز كل من الاستغلال والاستكشاف، وقد أثبتت صحة الفرضية العامة بأن القدرات الديناميكية تساهم في تعزيز البراعة التنظيمية، وان هناك علاقة قوية بينهما.
""The implications of globalization and multiple changes make organizational ingenuity necessary for survival and continuity, as dynamic capabilities remain the important and effective means of integrating and comprehensive knowledge and expertise to integrate knowledge and expertise that enable them to implement by focusing on current and future activities, so this study came to highlight the extent to which dynamic capabilities contribute to enhancing organizational prowess in a group of banking agencies in the Valley State, relying on the technique of studying the questionnaire as a data collection tool, we distributed it to an estimated sample. 30 individuals, where all the distributed questionnaires were valid for statistical analysis.
It has been found that the dynamic capabilities of the banking agencies in question contribute to both exploitation and exploration, and the general hypothesis has been established that dynamic capabilities contribute to organizational prowess, and that there is a strong relationship between them.
