The study was applied in the North Oil Company on an intentional sample of (70) individuals. The study found that there is a statistically significant positive correlation between electronic management of human resources at the macro and micro levels, and sustainable development at the macro level, in addition to the existence of a statistically significant effect of electronic management of human resources at the macro and micro levels on sustainable development at the macro level.
