بسرني, وفاء2021-06-062021-06-062020https://dspace.univ-eloued.dz/handle/123456789/8919مذكرة ماستر تخصص معاملات مالية معاصرة" تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع: ""معوقات الوقف في الجزائر وآفاقه الاقتصادية"" وكان الإشكال الرئيسي: ماهي المعوقات التي أضعفت دور الوقف في الجزائر وكيف يتم تذليلها لإحداث أفق اقتصادي للوقف؟ فأجابت الدراسة من خلال ثلاث مباحث كالآتي: المبحث الأول تطرقت فيه إلى التعريف بمصطلحات الدراسة ومهدت فيه للموضوع, والمبحث الثاني جملت فيه معوقات الوقف في الجزائر, أما بالنسبة للمبحث الثالث خصصته للآفاق الاقتصادية للوقف. وتوصل الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: -انعدام الوثائق الثبوتية لبعض الأوقاف يعرقل عملية البحث عنها. -قلة الكفاءات البشرية والدعم المادي يعرقل سير الأوقاف في الجزائر. كما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة توفير الكم اللازم من الكوادر والاعوان المؤهلة للعمل، وتخصيص هياكل قائمة بذاتها لمتابعة تسيير الاوقاف، والاهتمام تجديد فقه الوقف ودراسة المسائل المستجدة في إدارة الوقف واستثماره. الكلمات المفتاحية: الوقف, معوقات, آفاق, اقتصادية "This study dealt with the topic: “Obstacles to the endowment in Algeria and its economic prospects.” The main problem was: What are the obstacles that weakened the role of the endowment in Algeria and how are they overcome to create an economic horizon for the endowment? The study answered through three topics as follows: The first topic deals with the definition of the study terminology and paved the way for the topic, and the second study outlines the obstacles to endowment in Algeria, and as for the third topic it devotes it to the economic prospects of the endowment. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: The lack of identification documents for some endowments hinders the search for them. The lack of human capacity and financial support hinders the functioning of endowments in Algeria. The study also recommended the necessity of providing the necessary amount of qualified cadres and agents to work, allocating stand-alone structures to follow up the management of endowments, paying attention to renewing the jurisprudence of the endowment and studying emerging issues in the management and investment of the endowment.
