بن زكورة, العوينة2023-03-142023-03-142019-06-30بن زكورة، العويني. المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة كآلية للتنويع في الاقتصاد الوطني - دراسية تحليلية 2008/2016-. مجلة التنمية الاقتصادية. مج04. العدد01. 30/06/2019 . جامعة الوادي [اكتب تاريخ الاطلاع] متاح على الرابط [انسخ رابط التحميل]2543-3490http://dspace.univ-eloued.dz/handle/123456789/16447مقالملخص: تعتبر المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة موردا اقتصاديا لكثير من الدول في الوقت الراهن، كونها تمثل الركيزة الأساسية في التطور الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، فهي تساهم في توفير مناصب الشغل وتخفيض معدل البطالة، كما تعمل على تقديم منتجات جديدة بهدف تنويع وتطوير الاقتصاد. تبنت الجزائر إستراتيجية تأهيل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، عليه جاءت هذه الدراسة لتحليل مساهمة هذا النوع من المؤسسات في ترقية وتطوير الاقتصاد الوطني خارج قطاع المحروقات. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية هذا النوع من المؤسسات في المساهمة في تطوير مختلف المؤشرات الاقتصادية للاقتصاد الوطني خلال الفترة 2008/2016 وذلك بالاعتماد على النشرات الإحصائية للوزارة المكلفة بالمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة. فقد توصلنا إلى أن الدولة الجزائرية عملت على ترقية وتطوير هذه المؤسسات بالاعتماد على منحها مجموعة من الحوافز وتهيئة الأرضية القانونية لإنشاء هذا النوع من المؤسسات، إلا أن دورها كآلية لتنويع الاقتصاد مازال بعيدا نوعا ما وذلك بالنظر إلى هيمنة قطاع المحروقات. Abstract: The small and medium-sized enterprises represent an economic resource of many states in the present time. They represent the basic pillar in the economic and social development. they contribute to the provision of jobs and reducing the unemployment rate ; and they provide new products in order to diversify and develop the economy. Algeria has adopted strategy for the rehabilitation of small and medium-sized enterprises, This study came to analyse the contribution of this type of institutions in the promotion and development of national economy outside the oil sector . This study seeks to identify the importance of this kind of institutions in contributing to the development of various economic indicators of the national economy during the period 2008-2016 by relying on statistical bulletins of the ministry for small and medium-sized enterprises.
