This article aims at monitoring the participation of the people of the Algerian city in the urban development programs and projects by identifying the different stations that have been defined by crystallizing this thought domestically, and indicating the most important areas allowed by the Algerian legislation and the development strategies adopted to consolidate and enable this contribution.
