سوالى,سامية2025-01-082025-01-082024-06-22سوالى,سامية. الإفتاء بمدينة الجزائر خلال العهد العثماني من خلال تقييدات ابن المفتي. مجلة قبس للدراسات الانسانية والاجتماعية. مج08 .ع01.. 22/06/2024 كلية العلوم الإجتماعية والإنسانية. جامعة الوادي2710-8023https://dspace.univ-eloued.dz/handle/123456789/36528يصنف كتاب ابن المفتي الموسوم بـ"تقييدات ابن المفتي في تاريخ باشاوات الجزائر وعلمائها" ضمن أهم التقييدات التي أرخت للجزائر خلال العهد العثماني،لذلك اعتبر أحد أبرز المصادر المكتوبة لتلك الحقبة الزمنية،وذلك بفضل ما ورد فيه من معلومات قيمة مست عديد الجوانب الحياتية ومن أهمها الجانب الثقافي،الذي يبرز من خلال عرض تفصيلي قدمه ابن المفتي حول علماء مدينة الجزائر كما تطرق لماهية الإفتاء في ظل وجود مذهبين الحنفي الخاص بالعثمانيين؛والمالكي الخاص بالجزائريين. والهدف من هذه الورقة البحثية هو معرفة طبيعة الإفتاء بمدينة الجزائر خلال الفترة العثمانية،وذلك على ضوء كتاب ابن المفتي،ومنه تبيان نشاط مؤسسة الإفتاء في ظل وجود ثنائية مذهبية،وكذا التعرف على أهم الرجال الفاعلين في الإفتاء ومدى إسهاماتهم خلال تلك الفترة. Abstract: Ibn al-Mufti’s book, titled “Ibn al-Mufti’s Restrictions on the History of the Pashas of Algeria and Its Scholars,” is classified among the most important restrictions that were recorded in Algeria during the Ottoman era. Therefore, it was considered one of the most prominent written sources for that era, thanks for the valuable information contained in it that touched on many aspects of life, the most important of which is the cultural aspect, which is highlighted through a detailed presentation presented by Ibn al-Mufti about the scholars of the city of Algiers. He also touched on the nature of fatwa in light of the presence of the two private Hanafi schools of thought. By the Ottomans; and Al-Maliki for the Algerians. The aim of this research paper is to know the nature of fatwa in Algeria during the Ottoman period.
