سوفات, وهيبةعـــــــابي, خليــــــدةفاتح, سردوك2020-02-022020-02-022019-12-02مداخلة بالملتقى: الدولي الثامن حول: الاتجاهات الحديثة للتجارة الدولية وتحديات التنمية المستدامة نحو رؤى مستقبلية واعدة للدول الناميةhttps://dspace.univ-eloued.dz/handle/123456789/4853الملتقى الدولي الثامن حول: الاتجاهات الحديثة للتجارة الدولية وتحديات التنمية المستدامة نحو رؤى مستقبلية واعدة للدول النامية 02/ 03 ديسمبر 2019 - كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير - جامعة الشهيد حمه لخضر - الواديهدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على التجارة العادلة والتنمية المستدامة فـــي إطار شمولي لبناء إطار فكري و ميداني لتحديد واقع وآفاق التجارة العادلة ودورها في تعزيز التنمية المستدامة ,و استخدمت هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وأظهرت الدراسة العديد من النتائج أهمها: تعتبر التجارة العادلة حركة إجتماعية أخلاقية من منطلق مسيحي فـــي إطار الإقتصاد التضامني جاءت كنوع من المبادرات لمواجهة الإنعكاسات السلبية لتحرير التجارة التي أدت هذه الأخيرة إلى خلق عدم توازن فــي موازين القوى إقتصاديا وكذلك أوضحت الدراسة أن نظام التجارة العادلة ينتشر فــــــي العديد من البلدان العربـــــــية مثل الجزائر ,المغرب غير أنه غــــــير كافـــي و يحتاج إلى تفعيل أكثر, و يرجع ذلك إلى نقص الوعي من طرف المستهلكين و المسؤولين على حد سواء ,كما أوضحت أن التجارة العادلة هي علاقة شراكة تجارية تهدف إلى تحقيق التنمية المستدامة للمنتجين المهمشين والمحرومين , فهي تعمل على توفير شروط تجارية أفضل لصغار المنتجين ليحصلوا على فرص عادلة مع كبار المنتجين . كما خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها : ضرورة التفعيل الإيجابي لنموذج التجارة العادلة فـــــــي الدول العربيـــــة ومن بينها الجزائر والعمل على خلق نموذج يعمل على دمج مابين إيجابيات كل من مبادرة التجارة الحلال و العادلة و يتماشى مع الدين الإسلامي . Abstract: The study aimed at identifying fair trade and sustainable development in a comprehensive framework to create an accurate abstract framework to determine the reality and prospects of the fair trade and its role in promoting sustainable development. This study made use of the descriptive and analytical method as it shows several result such us : fair trade is considered as a social moral movement according to Christians and within the framework of the economical solidarity comes as a kind of initiatives to face the negative repercussions of trade liberalization , which led to the creation of an imbalance in powers economically ,as well as the study showed that the fair trade system is spearing in many Arab countries such Algeria morocco ,however , us seems not enough and needs more activation due to lack of awareness on the part of consumers and responsible alike, the fair trade is amater of trade partnership aimed at achieving the Sustainable Development for marginalized and producers .as it works to provide better trading terms for small producers so they receive fair opportunities with the big producers ,The study also concludes a set of recommendations, the most important of which are the necessity of the positive activation of the fair trade model in the arab countries and the creation of a model that works to integrate between the positives of the halal trade initiatives and the fair trade that goes in line with the Islamic religionArتجارة حرة ,تجارة عادلة , تنمية المستدامة. تصنيف JEL : 15F ؛ O19 ؛Q01Free Trade ,Fair Trade , Sustainable Development Jel Classification Codes : F15 ; O19;Q01Other
