If we propose a conceptual model that defines the impact relationship between the three dimensions of employee performance and information technology, to accomplish the goals of the research, a questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of 65 employees of the Tindouf Municipal Department of Organization and Public Affairs. The statistical treatment was based on two programs: SPSS V24 and Smart PLS4.
