تومي محمد2025-02-172025-02-172022تومي محمد. الأسرة السيفيرية وانعكاسات سياستها على الحياة الإقتصادية والإجتماعية في بلاد المغرب القديم(193م-235م). 2022. كلية العلوم الاجتماعية والانسانية. جامعة الواديhttps://dspace.univ-eloued.dz/handle/123456789/37322أطروحة دكتوراهملخص: من خلال دراستنا تتبعنا لاعمال العائلة السيفيرية، منذ وصولها الى العرش سنة 193م بزعامة مؤسسها - لوكيروس سبتميوس سيفيروس " بعد صراع مرير ضد منافسيه في السباق للسيطرة على عرش روما، وهو الصراع الذي لا شك انه حنك سيفيروس، واعطاء فكرة واضحة عن مجريات الأحداث في روما، وهي الأحداث التي ستوتر بما لا يدع مجالا للشك في أعمال سيفيروس و خلفائه من بعده . هؤلاء الخلفاء الذين ساروا على نفس النه سم تقريبا الذي سار عليه سلفهم سواء أكان ذلك في المجال العسكري والاداری او الاجتماعي والاقتصادي، وهو ما يتضح من تتبعنا لأعمال تلك العائلة. وقد تمكننا من تسجيل الستائر التالية : 1- ادرك سيفيروس بعد وفاة آخر الانطونيين ان الغلبة ستكون للأقوى، في الصراع العسكري المرير، جعله يركز على الجانب العسكري في اصلاحاته و يتمثل ذلك في تغييره لنظم وطرق التجنيد، كما أجزل العطاء للعساكر الذين اعتمد عليه اعتمادا كليا في تمرير اصلاحاته . 2- اعتماد سيفيروس على الجيش و تخلى مجلس الشيوع عنه في صراعه ضد القائد البينوس جعله يعمل على تصفية أعضاء هذا المجلس، والحد من صلاحياته و تعويضه بالمجلس الامبراطور الذي زوده بمشرعين كبار كان لهم دور كبير في سن القوانين التي اتسمت بالعطف والتسامح تجاه الطبقات الدنيا . 3- لقد ساعد تركيز سيفيروس على الجيش في توسيع المجال الحيوي للإمبراطورية وفي العملية التي تطلبت جهودا كبيرة ولا للحفاظ على المناطق التي وصلوا اليها فحسب بل وايضا على استغلالها، وهذا ما دفع بالسيفيريين في بلاد المغرب الى تمديد خط الليمس Summary : Through our study, we tracked the actions of the Severian family, since its accession to the throne in the year 193 AD under the leadership of its founder - Lucerus Septimius Severus "after a bitter struggle against his rivals in the race to control the throne of Rome, a struggle that is undoubtedly Severus's palate, and gives a clear idea of the course of events in Rome These are the events that will unquestionably stress the actions of Severus and his successors after him, those caliphs who followed almost the same path as their predecessors, whether in the military, administrative, or social and economic fields, which is evident from our tracing of the actions of that family. We were able to register the following curtains: 1- Severus realized, after the death of the last of the Antonines, that the strongest would prevail, in the bitter military conflict. He made him focus on the military side in his reforms, and this is represented in changing the systems and methods of recruitment. 2- Severus’ reliance on the army and the Council of the Communists’ abandonment of him in his struggle against the leader Albinos made him work to liquidate the members of this council, limit his powers and replace him with the Emperor’s Council, which provided him with senior legislators who had a major role in enacting laws that were characterized by kindness and tolerance towards the lower classes. 3- Severus' focus on the army helped expand the vital area of the empire, and in the process that required great efforts, not only to preserve the areas they reached, but also to exploit them, and this prompted the Severians in the Maghreb countries to extend the Lamis line.
