This research was divided into an introduction, three topics, and a conclusion. The first topic dealt with the contract of exchange in Islamic jurisprudence, its legitimacy, its rules and its general and special conditions. The second section deals with the truth about the electronic e-payment, its advantages and types, directly from it; such as through the means of communication that convey the word or convey the written or the exchange through means of payment of the electronic price and electronic money, or indirectly, such as through the stock exchange and electronic trading platforms, The type and extent of its response to the provisions of Sharia. The third section deals with the reality of the Bitcoin and the encrypted virtual currencies, indicating the nature of money in the Islamic jurisprudence, to save in the last to the adjustment of the jurisprudence of these currencies and governance and guidance to them.
