To answer this question, we can ask the following sub-questions: -Is there a relationship between job ethics and job performance? -Is there a relationship between behavioral ethics and job performance? The hypotheses of the study are: - there a relationship between job ethics and job performance. - there a relationship between behavioral ethics and job performance. The study approach was represented in the descriptive analytical approach because it is the most appropriate in this study to know the reality of the study and its aspects, description and analysis. Thirty questionnaires were distributed, and the method of selecting the sample was a simple random method, where all the names of the members of the study community were written in papers, and then 30 individuals were chosen by lot.
