The concept of freedom of expression in Western terminology and among scholars of determinism is broader than that of linguists or Sharia scholars. It is everything that a person days, signals or writes.They refer to it as freedom of expression, freedom of opinion, freedom of speech, freedom of conscience, and some include it under freedom of thought. Freedom of thought means expressing and publicizing it.
