Additionally, it seeks to elucidate the impact of crowdfunding platform campaigns and the blockchain technology revolution on the business operations of startups, with a particular focus on Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs), Initial Exchange Offerings (IEOs), and Security Token Offerings (STOs) as cryptographic currencies.Furthermore, the study aims to address the legal and regulatory considerations involved in integrating these two financing approaches.
