The article deals with the comparative jurisprudence in compilations of Maalikis, which is an important issue that it pushing back the intolerance charge Maliki to the opinion of Imam without proof. By extrapolating these books, it seems distinguish and superiority of Maalikis in the jurisprudence of the dispute since the first covenant witch they opened up to the dissenting opinion.
