The samples were collected from the El-Hamraïa region (El Oued Province), and the aerial parts of the plant were used after being dried in the sun and then in the shade. The survey results revealed a widespread use of the plant in traditional medicine, especially for treating digestive disorders, high blood pressure, and some reproductive system issues.
