It began to pose itself as the most sensitive and important question in the conflict of civilizations or cultures and the absence of values which make the individual alienated from himself and his community, also they weaken his motivation to work in one hand. The society loses its identity and its originality is fused which followed by dispersion and alienation of its members in the other hand.
