The study found a set of results, the most important of which is that the level of job alienation among employees came at a low level as a whole, there are no statistically significant differences in the trends of workers towards the level of job alienation, due to personal and functional variables (sex, age, professional experience, career level, scientific qualification).Arاغتراب وظيفي؛ بعد العجز؛ فقدان المعنى؛ لا معيارية؛ العزلة؛ اغتراب عن الذات.Article
