For this purpose, (40) questionnaires were distributed, and (36) questionnaires were retrieved. All of them were accepted, and the information was transcribed into the spss21 program in order to analyze it and test the hypotheses. The study found a statistically significant effect of the organizational climate on the performance of work teams among employees of the National Fund for Social Security for Labor (CNAS) at a significance level (α ≤ 0.05).The study also found that there were no statistically significant differences for all personal variables.arالمناخ التنظيميالاداءفرق العملorganizational climateperformancework teamsArticle
