One of the most important administrative methods that the modern institution has interacted with, is the method of administrative flattening, which means transforming the administrative structure from its hierarchical form in the implementation of decisions and recommendations, and the various development plans in production, marketing and protection…etc to the horizontal form that reflects the transfer of powers sufficient for employees, so that they can perform their tasks without the direct intervention of the administration, while supporting their abilities and skills and measuring their performance based on clear objectives. The new methodology at work, helps human resources in various disciplines to raise awareness of responsibility placed on them, and with partnership in vision and leadership, as goals and results, which is a strong motive comes as a result of this institution, which over time becomes a moral and cultural component that is difficult to be mental.
