علان, علي2020-05-132020-05-132015-01-01مقال بمجلة البحوث والدراسات1112-4938http://dspace.univ-eloued.dz/handle/123456789/6511مجلة البحوث والدراسات المجلد 12 العدد 01 جامعة الواديهدفت هذه الدراسة تقديم رؤية واضحة عن مفهوم الأمن الاجتماعي وفق غاية خلق الله للإنسان ومقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية، وبيان أهميته وعلاقته بأحكام الشريعة. وتحدثت عن مقوماته التي تكشف عن وسائل تحقيقه، والمؤسسات التي يجب أن ترعاه. وتبين سبل الحيلولة دون المعوقات التي تمنع تحقيقه. كما عُنيت الدراسة بتأصيلٍ شرعي في القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية الشريفة والفقه الإسلامي أثناء عرض مفردات الدراسة. وانتهت الدراسة إلى أن الأمن الاجتماعي مسؤولية تبدأ فردية ولا بد أن تتضافر جهود المجتمع كله لتحقيقه، ولهذه المسؤولية تبعات في الدنيا والآخرة. ولابد للمجتمع أن يتجاوز الفئوية لتحقيقه، ويجب أن تراعى الحقوق بأداء الواجبات. This study aims to provide a clear vision of the concept of social safety according to the very God's creation for human and purposes of Islamic law, and shows the importance of this concept and its relationship to the provisions of the Charia. The study also dealings the fundamentals of social safety and reveals its means of achieving, as well as the institutions that must be sponsored. The study depends on founding legitimate in the Holy Quran, Sunnah and Islamic jurisprudence during the presentation of the study vocabulary.
