C O2، وطرق التحليل بما في ذلك التحليل الكروماتوغرافي السائل (HPLC). والكروماتوغرافيا الغازية CPG.من خلال أبحاثنا على الدراسات السابقة أجريت على نبات Mentha Piperita وأظهرت النتائج احتوائه على الزيوت الأساسية الهامة. نمو الفطريات Asper gillus Niger الثالثة دراسة تأثير مستويات مختلفة من النتروجين والرش بالجبريلليك حامض النسبة المئوية لبعض المركبات الفينولية لنبات Mentha Piperita أما الدراسة الرابعة فهي تأثير الإجهاد الملحي في بعض صفات نمو النبات و دراسة بعض الخصائص الجلدية لنبات Mentha Piperita في ذي قار محافظة.This study aims at highlighting the importance of medicinal and aromatic plants that have a vital role in our daily life, and to know and value the fie lds where the medicinal and aromatic plants are used. We studied the Mentha piperita plant in terms of its classification, botanical description, geographical spread, and methods of its economic and medicinal uses. Secondly, due to the significant amount o f essential oils in the peppermint plant, Mentha piperita, we looked for generalities about essential oils and obtained them. We referred to several extraction methods, including extraction by distillation, extraction by organic solvents, extraction by…. C O2, and methods of analysis, including liquid chromatography (HPLC). and gas chromatography CPG.Through our research on previous studies conducted on the Mentha piperita plant, the results showed that it contains significant essential oils.
